Our family of 8 (3 generations) enjoyed a 13 night stay at Blue Water View in November, 2014. The house is nicely decorated, very spacious, well equipped and clean. The landscaping in both front and back is beautiful and provides a lot of privacy around the pool area. The size of the pool is wonderful. It’s quite shaded, which would be good in hot weather. We loved the location of the house, and the walk to the beach was very quick.
There was one negative – the box springs on all the beds (with the exception of the bunk beds which only have mattresses) were defective. They creaked loudly when getting in/out of bed, and even slight movement caused an unusual amount of creaking. We aren’t heavy people, so that wasn’t a cause. (Mattresses were good; it was just the box springs that were a problem.) It’s the one thing that would deter us from renting this house again, which is unfortunate, because otherwise it’s such a great place.
