Access to pool and Gulf for swimming was wonderful. The condo itself was just okay. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Ice machine in frig didn’t work. Pots and pans used and should be replaced. Only one beach towel. No kitchen towels. Upon arrival, the suite was not really cleaned. Carpet could have been vacuumed better, handles on kitchen cabinets sticky. Picture were deceiving. May or may not come back. Area was great. Plenty of shopping, restaurants etc.

Our records show that we did not receive any calls from you during your stay to report any of the items you experienced problems with. Though all of our homes are inspected prior to a guests arrival, we rely on our guests to let us know if there is anything that you need assistance with. For your future stays with us, please note that we are available 7 days a week 9 AM – 9PM for our guests convenience and have a staff member from our Service Department on call 24 hrs. should there be an after hours emergency. We would’ve loved to have sent one of our maintenance guys over to address the ice maker and drop off new pots and pans and kitchen towels. This home is on our professional linen program and the towels are disbursed throughout the home, we can always get you the correct amount should there be any missing towels.
