Living Area

The main living area in this home has beautiful vaulted ceilings and large windows looking out towards the 2nd level balcony and canal. There is a fireplace as well as a large flat screen TV.

There are beautiful hardwood floors, crown moldings, decorative window casings and tropical island style ceiling fans. Custom built-in cabinetry with glass shelves are on both sides of the room reveal the exceptional attention to detail taken to build this home.

The living area flows from the high ceiling to a cozy, lower ceiling feel for the dinning area. It has beautiful wood coffered ceilings and sits giving a wonderful view out the back french doors leading to the main level balcony.

The home is currently being outfitted with all new furniture, including new custom couches and chairs in the living room.

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen in this home is no less impressive. There are high-end stainless steal appliances and the dishwasher is at waist level for easy loading. The cabinets are custom built with glass windows and the ceiling adorned with tongue-and-groove wood panels and outlined heavy crown moldings. 

There is a fine wine captain, beautiful decorative tiles and hardwood floors as well. You even have fine views from this part of the home- the window above the sink has a great view out to the water.

Fully furnished with all needed cookware and stemware.

Bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms throughout the house. 

The master bedroom is located on the 3rd level and includes french doors that go out to your private balcony with expanded views of the water. The bed is a brand new luxury king size. As with the rest of the house, it has fine custom touches including crown moldings, hardwood floors, fine furnishings and fixtures. Also includes a new flat screen TV with Bose wall speakers for surround sound. An over-sized walk in closet tops it off.

It is a true master suite in that there are two sets of doors. The first set leads into a hallway with ornate shelves, then through another door into the main room- the ultimate in privacy. 

Bedroom 2 is a master suite as well and has many of the same custom touches and king size bed. It is an octagon shaped room with high vaulted ceilings trimmed out with wood beams in a "spider web" effect. It is a real visionary delight! It too has hardwood floors and it's own private bathroom. Deluxe furniture and fixtures offer a refined finishing touch. 

Bedroom 3 also is a suite with it's own private bathroom. A slightly smaller room, it contains a queen bed and there are custom built cabinets/shelves that adorn one entire wall.

Bedroom 4 also is a suite with its own private bathroom. This room is more children oriented with two twin beds and a bathroom full of colors. Also with hardwood floors, crown molding and fine furnishings.

Bedroom 5 has two pull out trundle beds as part of a recreation room.

All rooms have there own new flat screen HD TV's. 

Bathrooms

There are 4 full bathrooms, each with private access to a corresponding bedroom.

The 3rd level master bathroom has his and hers vanaties and a luxuriosly oversized walk in shower with seperate deluxe shower heads.

Bathrooms 2 and 4 have large walk in glass showers.

Bathroom 3 has a tub with shower doors.

All are outfitted with granite, fine tiles, high-end fixtures and the finest linens.

Outside

The outside of Cayman Bay is truly special, offering many great options for guests.  The pool is full sized and heated as is the spa. The dock is perfect to sit and relax on while getting some fishing in. Bring your boat and keep it at your fingertips for those fun boating days. You are less than 5 minutes to open water down the wide canal.

The pool has two over-sized covered porch areas. One is on the ground level by the pool and features plenty of seating. The second level porch is the length of the back side of the house and has an over-sized table, perfect for having that large gathering meal outdoors. The garage is for 3 vehicles and there is a bonus room of the garage that serves as a recreation room.

The beautiful tropical foliage throughout the property creates that special tropical island feel.

You can enjoy the view of the Skyway bridge from the front yard and are only a few minutes walk down to the beach area on the bay side. In addition, it is a short stroll to Pine St. with it's many shops and restaurants. Come take that deluxe tropical vacation you have been dreaming of. Cayman Bay

We absolutely loved this home and Anna Maria Island! The house is beautiful and rooms are spacious. The pool and hot tub are amazing as well. There are 2 beaches with walking distance and we enjoyed both beaches equally.

We recommend 2 scoops for ice cream (by the city pier), bike rentals, and to use the trolley--it is free and helps decrease traffic and parking issues.

We loved the charm of Anna Maria and can't wait to come back! We would definitely rent the same home again!
