With this secluded and historic property, you will feel like you are vacationing at your own private 5-star resort.  Havana Cay sits only 4 houses in from the beach and there are no busy streets to cross and zipping to and from the beach will be so easy!  A quick 30 second walk is all that is needed to enjoy the glorious white beach of Anna Maria Island.

This historic Anna Maria home is a one-of-a-kind.  Built in 1924, it has a Latin style flair including exotic Brazilian Teak hardwood floors and a brick fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms including a King in the Master bedroom, 2 queen beds and one with a set of bunk beds.  It has all new beautiful Island style furniture and fixtures as well as high-speed wireless Internet and new HD flat screen TV's throughout the house.  It is a perfect combination of old-Florida, barrier island charm and new world luxury!

The location is towards the North-End, within the town limits of Anna Maria.  It is not far from the quaint shops and restaurants of the town and the rest of the 7 mile island can easily be accessed from the free trolly.

Living Area

While the living area has been nicely upgraded, it still retains the quaint old Florida charm and feel.  The 1924 style fireplace gives a historical feel but at the same time the new sleek 50" HD TV just above it let's you know you are in luxury.

Fine furnishings accompany the gorgeous Brazilian Teak hardwood floors to create just a fabulous and unique environment for your luxury Anna Maria beach-side vacation.  Come enjoy!

Kitchen

The kitchen too has a nice combination of old Florida charm and new world elegance.  Completely outfitted for all your cooking needs, you will find everything you need right here. 

 

Bedrooms

The Master bedroom has all new luxury island style furniture and room to relax.  There are private French doors that lead out to the hardwood pool porch.

The second bedroom also has new furniture featuring a queen bed.

Bedroom three also has a queen bed.

Bedroom four has a twin over twin bunk bed perfect for the kids.

All rooms enjoy brand new flat screen HD TV's and i-pod docking station radios.

Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms, both with full showers.  Fine, fresh linens is what you can expect on your visit to this deluxe vacation rental. 

Outside

Havana Cay has a new heated pool with spa and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping for the ultimate privacy.  There is a detached garage next to the pool area that a portion has been turned into a unique open-air cabana. This hotel style cabana will include lounging chairs, TV, fan and mini-fridge- complete with it's own 5-star resort feel!

With its prestigious north-end, City of Anna Maria location, you are only minutes from all the old Florida charm you could want.  The free trolley makes it as easy as can be to explore all parts of this 7 mile vacation paradise.

The hardest decision will be whether to stay and enjoy this great retreat or make the 30 second stroll over to the glorious Anna Maria beach- what a tough decision to have to make!  This property is a treasured vacation destination for those looking for secluded beach privacy.
