Living Area

The light and spacious open plan living area has up-to-the-minute furnishings and accents. Relax in top quality soft creamy sofas while enjoying a favorite TV program, watching a DVD on the large screen plasma TV or listening to the sound system. The dining area has comfortable leather seating and a glass top table.

Keep in touch with family, friends and business with Hi-Speed Internet access, telephone and fax. Flooring is cool, sleek easy care marble tile. Glass French doors open out on to a large balcony that is exquisitely furnished with dining table, chairs and rocking chairs - a great spot for reading, relaxing or that early morning cup of coffee.

The separate den on the lower level is beautifully furnished and has a 50" Plasma screen TV computer station and printer. Glass sliding doors lead out to the pool deck.

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen has elegant solid hardwood cabinetry and glossy granite counter tops. Appliances include range, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and waste disposal. Cabinetry comes complete with pots, pans, dishes & silverware. Everything you need to produce a four-course dinner to a light snack.

Dine informally in the fresh air out on one of the large balconies, down by the pool or in the dining area of the living room.

A separate laundry room houses the washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms

All of the beds have the best quality comfortable mattresses, quilts, plenty of scatter pillows & the best linens to ensure a really great night's sleep. Beds are made up with fresh linens ready for your arrival.

The Master Bedroom suite has a King-size poster bed, a sofa, 42" LCD TV, large walk-in closet plus its own balcony with patio furniture and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, walk-in closet private bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom and its own balcony.

Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, its own bathroom, a full fitted closet and balcony.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms feature granite counter tops and beautiful tiles. All bathrooms have a freshly laundered set of towels ready for your arrival.

The Master Bathroom has a marble bath tub and wet room (shower).

Bathroom 2 has a bath tub/shower and a double vanity.

Bathrooms 3 and 4 have large showers.

Outside

Glass sliding doors lead out to the large pool deck which is trimmed with tropical vegetation and includes private electrically heated pool and high quality outdoor kitchen with grill/rotisserie and refrigerator.

Guests will enjoy the true Floridian lifestyle. In addition, sun loungers, pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach trolley are all provided. This property really has it all - it is brand new, the taste is exquisite and the location sublime. Have a great vacation!

We shared the Villa with four couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful home, well equipped and close to beaches and shopping. We enjoyed cooking/grilling and just relaxing.
