The Coquina House is a 5 bedroom 5 bath canal home and is perfect for your family vacation. Only a two minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. You can relax in the heated pool or lie in the hammock near the tiki hut shaded by the palm trees as you gaze out over the canal. There is a private dock on a 72' with direct access to Bimini Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Come and let us make your vacation a "vacation of a lifetime!"

Ground floor has master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has two twin beds and is conveniently located next to the master suite. Second floor has another master suite with king size bed. Fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Four glass block showers plus a combination tub/shower on the second floor. Large bonus room perfect for entertaining.

What a wonderful place to spend your vacation. As you enter through the doors you know your vacation has begun. Beautifully decorated and in pristine condition this home is truly a dream. Luxury bedding, fine linens, granite and corian counters and ceramic tile throughout the home, along with hand painted murals by a local Anna Maria artist makes this home truly spectacular. Living Area

The spacious living room provides plenty of seating for all. Tropical decor with an island flair - the moment you arrive you'll know your in paradise. The kids can enjoy a game of Tic Tac Toe which is located between the room just waiting for someone to pick up the large pieces and play!

The second floor has a private sitting room/den; a great place to relax and curl up with a good book while enjoying the solitude.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a cook's dream and off the kitchen is a private patio with the barbeque grill so the gent's can take over and give the ladies a break!

Bedrooms

The ground floor has a huge master bedroom with a king size bed. There is a second bedroom with two twin beds just off of the master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and french doors lead to the patio and pool area. On the second floor you will find another master suite with king size bed and great views overlooking the canal and pool area. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds and a private balcony.

Bathrooms

Four bathroom offer glass block showers and the fifth bathroom has a combination tub/shower. A bathroom for each bedroom.

Outside

This lush tropical setting surely puts you in the mood to relax. The heated pool is always a welcome treat. Just off of the patio; you will find an outside shower and gas grill. The driveway is paved brick that provides ample parking up to four vehicles and/or a boat trailer.

**Private homes with pools will not be heated unless requested by guest. Please contact AMV for details. Pool heaters in our private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 80° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 75° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. Guests should not expect hot tub like temperatures for pool spas. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, AMV will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
