Living Area

Lighthouse Lodge is somewhat unique to the island in that it has two separate living rooms- one on the 2nd level and one on the 3rd level.  With this home, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax (kids and parents apart if desired). 

It has all new island style furniture and decor and has new HD flat screen TV's in both living rooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen opens up to the living area on the main floor and has a separate dinning room.  It has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. 

This gourmet kitchen will allow for your those working on that gourmet meal for family and friends to enjoy the activities and conversation in the main living room. 

Dining room table will seat 8 as well as additional 6 bar stools at the kitchen counter and outside dining on the porch just off the kitchen. 

Bedrooms

This home has lots of space.  The rooms are larger than usual and all have brand new furniture and new flat screen HD TV's.

The Master bedroom has a King bed and views of the Skyway Bridge.

Bedroom 2 and 3 also have King beds.

Bedroom 4 has two twin beds.

Bedroom 5 has (2) sets of bunk beds.

There are also 2 sleeper sofas- a queen size and a twin size.

Bathrooms

New Granite counter tops, fine towels and fixtures round out this great new rental property. 

The upstairs Master Bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower as well as a separate over sized bath.  

The second bathroom upstairs is equipped with a shower/tub combo.  One king bedroom and the double bunk bed room share this bathroom.  It is located in the hallway by the two bedrooms. 

The downstairs bath has a shower/tub combo.  One king bedroom and the twin bedroom share this bath.  It is located in the hallway by the two bedrooms.

Outside

Lighthouse Lodge has a beautiful free formed tropical pool withl lush private landscaping.  Several places to sit and enjoy a good book or cold beverage. Nice lounge chairs to catch up on all that reading you have been meaning to do.  The yard is larger than most average yards so there is plenty of space to spread out and relax.  New tropical landscaping will weave through the entire property. 

There is a recreation room with ping pong table, Foosball table, dart board and flat screen HD TV.   Lots for the entire family to do!

Only a 1 minute stroll and you are over to Pine Ave. shops and restaurants.  The Anna Maria Pier is at the end of Pine Avenue, only a short 2-3 minute walk.  You also will only be a short 5-6 minute walk over to the Gulf beach.

What a combination of things for everyone in the family to enjoy!

This house has it all! We vacationed here with another family and had an unforgettable time! We had the most fun just staying at the house, enjoying the great pool with island in the middle(great for sunning), having cook outs, and enjoying the rec room with ping pong table, foos ball table and darts. The house is big and spacious, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3 different living areas to relax, watch tv or play video games. The kids loved the double bunk bed room! Within walking distance to the beach, City Pier, restaurants and boutique shopping. Also a great place to bring your bikes and explore the peaceful quiet living of Anna Maria Island. Most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time and plenty of room to fit everyone!!
