Living Area

The living area at Tortuga Bay flows from the kitchen area and feature an outstanding view out the back of the tropical pool and the canal/dock area.  It also feature a brand new 50" HD flat screen TV with Wii game system for the kids and adults to enjoy.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a perfect fit for this tropical island getaway.  It has been finished off with all the gourmet detail you could want.  High-end cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed makes this a special vacation haven.  It even comes with beautiful views right out the back of the tropical pool and canal water.

Bedrooms

The Master Suite has a King bed.

Bedroom 2 and 3 also has King beds.

Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed.

Bedroom 5 has a set of bunk beds.

There also is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room as a bonus.

Each bedroom has a HD flat screen TV and i-home radio docking station for additional entertainment.

Bathrooms

Each bathroom is as classy as the rest of the property.  Beautiful tiles, granite counters and glass showers enclosures included.  Tropical colors and high-end fixtures finish this home off very nicely.

Outside

The outside of this home is what is the most alluring.  The tropical pool has no match on the island with lush topical foliage surrounding it and a unique resort style water-slide going into the over-sized pool.  The hot tub also is over-sized and will be the perfect hang-out spot for both kids and adults alike.  All this overlooks the gorgeous view straight down the canal! There is a in-pool tiki hut and pool side cabana for a little shade when needed.

The dock is perfect for kids to fish off of.  It is deep water so you can bring a boat right up to your house and park for the ultimate convenience.  The open water is only a short distance out of the canal.  What a combination! 

This home is the closest canal front home in relation to the beach on the island.  It is an easy 1 minute stroll over to the sugar white sands of this famous Florida beach. 

This is an unusually large lot with plenty of parking and is surrounding by thick palm trees and lush foliage for maximum privacy in your own tropical vacation compound.  Get ready to enjoy!!
