Whitecaps is a luxury tropical island style 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located at the prestigous north end of Anna Maria Island.  This home sits only 1 block in from the Gulf beaches and is only about a 1 minute stroll over to the water.  It has wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico crystal blue waters from the upstairs areas. A heated pool is the centerpiece of the relaxing outdoor recreation area.  The elevator accesses all floors.

 

Each room has new flat screen High Definition cable TV's, luxurious bedding and exquisite fixtures.  The garage has bikes and other ammenities for the beach.  A private wet bar area just outside the master bedroom makes for a nice touch.  Ceiling fans and fine furniture to are all part of the luxury atmosphere for this home.

 

The interior of the home is of the absolute finest quality.  Crown molding, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, high-end fixtures and quality fine furniture make this the crown jewel of the builders' portfolio.   No attention to detail was spared in this island tropical home.  It is hard to find a more perfect home in which to enjoy your Anna Maria Island vacation!

 

Living Area

Enjoy the new 48" flat screen TV above the beautiful fireplace while you look at onto the beautiful landscape of the Island through the large windows in the family room.

 

Fine leather couches and seating make this a great area to just relax.

Kitchen

The kitchen also exudes luxury. The finest cabinetry, high-end appliances and every needed kitchen item is available.  A beautiful balcony also has a dinning table for eating meals outside while enjoying the beautiful views of the island.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a King bed, private wet bar and private balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico.

 

The second, third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds.

 

The fifth bedroom has (2) twin beds.

 

All linens and bedspreads are of the finest quality.   New HD TV's in all rooms.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms are crafted with the highest quality products, fine Travertine marbles and attractive fixtures that gives you that luxury 5- star vacation feel.

Outside

The pool sits halfway underneath the house, giving it a very unique atmosphere. It also serves a dual purpose of acting like a covered porch. There is a brand new 48" HD flat screen TV located on the wall as well as a very nice gas grill. Along with tropical landscaping and a privacy fence, all this together makes for an outstandingly luxurious and relaxing area.
