Living Area

Both the first and second levels have their own separate living areas- both with new 60" HD flat screen TV's.  The upstairs has a screened-in porch with open views of the bay and the downtown Sarasota skyline. There are all glass sliding doors that open up to the screened in porch so when the weather is nice, you can fully open the sliding doors to create a huge open-air living space with incredible views. This is nothing else like nothing else on the island!!

The downstairs has a covered porch (lanai) going out to the pool.  The downstairs living area will have a new 60" HD flat screen TV and the recreation area adjacent to the living area has a ping-pong table.  There are X-Box and Wii video game stations.

All brand new luxury island style furniture creates the perfect tropical Florida vacation environment.

Kitchen

This unique home has two full gourmet kitchens- one on the first level, one on the second level.  The second level kitchen will be open and flow out into the living space with great views of the water.  You can look for dolphins while fixing up that great family dinner!

There are all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and travertine marble floors.  They are both fully stocked with all needed cookware and dinnerware. 

Bedrooms

The first level has a Master suite with King bed and private bath.  The second bedroom has a King bed.  The third bedroom has a bunk bed with the bottom bunk being full size to sleep two children.

The second level has a Master suite with King bed and private bath. 

The 2nd bedroom has a King bed.

The third bedroom has two full size beds.

All of the bedrooms have new HD flat screen TV's and tropical island furniture.

6 bedrooms total.

Sleeps 15 in beds, 17 total. 

Bathrooms

There are 4 full bathrooms. 

The first level has a over-sized Master bath with walk in shower and double vanity with make-up station.  The 2nd bathroom has a tub with glass shower enclosure. 

The second level has a walk in shower in the Master and a walk in shower in the second bathroom. 

Outside

The outside of this incredible home is a vacation paradise.  There is a brand new tropical style pool with spa.  The new covered lanai have high ceilings, 3 ceilings fans, plenty of porch furniture. Lush tropical landscaping encompasses the property and creates that special tropical environment.

Another outstanding feature about this property is that it has a deep-water dock that can handle larger boats, even at low tide.  There is enough area to tie up two or maybe even three boats.  It is one of the deepest water docks on the island with a 5 ft. draft at low tide.

The home sits near the Bradenton Beach Marina.  It is a perfect situation for those with multiple boats or watercraft or wanting to rent these while on vacation.  You can keep a boat at the marina overnight and be a 1 minute walk from this house.  Other boating visitors have ample places to park for extended periods of time.  This is a full marina with fuel and boat/watercraft rentals.  You can easily walk and rent wave runners or a fishing boat for the day.

You are only a short 2-3 minutes stroll from the beach and 2 minutes walk to Bridge Street with it's many great shops and restaurants.  Also only a 2 minute walk to the Bradenton Beach fishing pier.
