In the living area relaxation is assured - sink into plush, comfortable sofas. Sit back and enjoy the large flat screen TV or watch a movie on the DVD player. There are cozy chairs provided for reading or just for enjoying the many spectacular sunsets Anna Maria is famous for providing.

The dining area has a large wooden table with 6 chairs enabling you to have wonderful family meals as well as, a captivating view of the beach. You can choose to eat here or for casual meals use the balcony furniture.

Almost the entire west wall is made up of large glass sliders leading out on to the private balcony. Slip out in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watch seabirds, dolphins and boats drifting by on the distant horizon. Enjoy an early evening cocktail at sunset and watch the sun dip below the horizon. This is the perfect spot to experience Florida sunsets that light up the whole of the evening sky with reds and golds that also reflect on the water.

If, after a busy day at the beach or around the pool, you decide against sampling one of the many excellent local restaurants on the island and want to eat in at your beachfront home - you will find the kitchen fully equipped. Granite counter tops, pristine white painted wood cabinets and a full range of appliances including dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishes, pots, pans and silverware are provided.

The washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are housed in a separate laundry room.

The master bedroom suite features a beautiful tapestry cover, and a king pillow top mattress. The master has 2 separate large closet leading to the private master bathroom. Enjoy a lazy cup of coffee or tea on the balcony or relax while watching TV or listening to a favorite CD.

Bedroom Two has a look as fresh and light as an ocean breeze. The furniture features a white painted textured finish with louvered shutter effects.

Bedroom Three which features the clean, crisp style of white wicker furniture, two twin beds with luxurious linens and thick, colorful quilts. Relax while watching TV or overlooking the grounds from the balcony.

The master bathroom has granite counter tops and a large European tiled shower.

Bathroom 2 has granite countertops and bath/shower

Bathroom 3 is a half bath

Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

Gated undercover parking keeps your car cool. You can cook out down by the swimming pool and picnic on the sands.

The pool is heated for year-round swimming and it is just a few steps away from the seven miles of white sand beach that gently curve along the coast of Anna Maria Island. Landscaping includes sea grapes and palms.
