Living Area

Traditional comfort meets the modern requirement to be entertained in the living area. With a 54in flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player in the lounge, along with a Nintendo Wii, this is no ordinary vacation rental property (if you didn't know that already). You can also take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet to stay in touch with friends and family.

With tasteful furniture and modern, hand-made chairs and sofas you also have a perfect area to relax with a book in the shade once the rest of your party have taken that short walk to the beach.

The living area also reflects the fact that Beachbreeze is ideal for entertaining with a large dining room table and a second, smaller dining room table so you can all eat together, or seat separately the young, or the young at heart.

Enjoying those family meals together and the special memories they make has never been easier. So long as you can convince someone to do all the cooking…

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to create a masterpiece evening meal, or throw together a simple breakfast to enjoy on one of the three balconies. There is also a kitchen bar with seating for four.

The modern kitchen features top-quality fixtures and appliances, with a ceramic hob range, fan-assisted oven with microwave above, double refrigerator with ice maker and ice water dispenser, double sink and dishwasher. There is also a blender, toaster and coffee maker as standard.

The solid wood eye- and floor-level cabinets are well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, ceramics and glasses. Everything you could need for rustling up your speciality in this home away from home.

There is also a separate utility room, with a large washing machine and dryer, a sink and plenty of storage space above and the work surfaces.

Bedrooms

Versatility is the key word at Breachbreeze. With six bedrooms and a whole variety of sleeping arrangements possible, virtually any sort of group up to 14 can be accommodated. And because it's Beachbreeze, you can rest assured that each and every one will be in complete comfort.

There are two king bedrooms, two queens, two twin beds, a set of bunkbeds and even a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom features flat screen TVs and some have balcony access and the king rooms feature large en-suite bathrooms. All come as standard with luxury weight bedclothes and designer furniture and fittings and are tastefully decorated using Florida-inspired artists and modern prints.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms all feature marble surfaces and gleaming brass fittings. There are two en-suite bathrooms for the master bedrooms, one large shared bathroom and a half-bath on the lower level.

With spacious walk-in showers, tiled floors, large vanity mirrors, his-n-her sinks and more of that tasteful decoration which has been so professionally finished in Beachbreeze, the bathrooms merely continue the theme of excellence apparent throughout the rest of the house.

All bathrooms are supplied with freshly laundered towels upon your arrival.

Outside

Relaxation is the name of the game once you step outside Beachbreeze. You already know about the fabulous stretch of sandy beach just a short stroll from the front porch, but you don't have to go anywhere at all to enjoy the year-round sunshine on Anna Maria.

For a start, there is the extra large pool area, with ample seating so that everyone can enjoy the private heated pool, which also features a separate revitalizing spa pool and tranquil waterfall. There is room enough for everyone to enjoy the warm water, just as there is for you all to relax on the comfortable poolside furniture to soak up some of those rays.

If you want to include some exercise in your vacation, why not make use of the undercover ping-pong and foosball tables, while you wait for the outdoor chef to bring you a burger from the outdoor kitchen area? This excellent addition includes a BBQ grill and built-in refrigerator and sink, below a counter with seating for seven, who can watch the large flat screen TV while they wait. For additional seating there is a large patio table for the whole family to gather round.

Also on the outside of this amazing property are found three private balconies leading off the living area and bedrooms. And there is a real treat on the roof deck where you can take advantage of a two-seater sofa to enjoy the spectacular views of the Gulf and some of the best sunsets you will ever witness.
