Living Area

Calypso cottage has a generous living area with brand new large flat screen HD TV and PlayStation video game system for the kids.

New Island Style furniture makes this home so comfortable, a perfect fit for relaxing after that long day at the beach in the sun.

Kitchen

Newly renovated kitchen with granite counters, new stainless steel appliances. Cookware and dinnerware stocked fully for all your vacation cooking needs. An open floor plan allows for wonderful interaction with family and friends while creating that fabulous meal for all to enjoy.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom has a King bed, large walk-in closet and deluxe private bathroom including a separate tub and shower.

Bedroom 2 has a King bed and private bath.

Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.

All rooms have fine linens, breadboard on the walls and new tropical island furniture.

There are brand new flat screen HD TV's as well as i-pod radio docking stations in each bedroom as well.

Bathrooms

Calypso Cottage features 3 full bathrooms to complement the 3 bedrooms.

Two are private in-suite and one is located just outside the 3rd bedroom for common use.

All have been renovated with new granite counters, fine fixtures and quality linens.

Outside

The outside of Calypso Cottage might be the most exquisite part of this luxury Mediterranean island villa. There is a brand new deluxe pool which starts in the back of the property and wraps all the way around the side of the property- very unique indeed! It includes a hot tub and in-pool swim up Tiki hut and is nestled in lush tropical foliage full of blossoming flowers and beautiful colors.

With only a short 5 minute stroll to the famous Anna Maria Island sugar sand beaches, you may have a hard time deciding where to relax on this dream vacation! You are also only a 5 minute walk to all the Holmes Beach restaurants, shopping, grocery and drug store.

Also included for your vacation pleasure is a recreation room on the lower lever just off the pool.  It has a ping-pong table, dart board and flat screen HD TV.

The only question will be, what do I enjoy next!

Relaxing, enjoyable beach getaway!
What a fun place! The pool is great, has a shallow beachy area that gradually gets deeper, a table and bench in the pool, and a spill over heated Jacuzzi! We could barbeque and have picnics in the pool! Really enjoyed the rec room and ping pong table too! Was hard to leave the back yard, but the beaches were like being on a tropical island! White sand and crystal clear water, just a short walk from the house. Great snorkeling! Lots of great places to eat and not too far for a drive to St. Armands Circle for the day. Great vacation spot!

Calypso Cottage

The house is fantastic, great inside layout and the outside is a great place to spend quality fun time. Pool is perfect for kids and grown ups and the location could not be better ... 5 mins to the beach but a very quiet spot. While a broken toilet did not meet the definition of an emergency I expected to have received a maintenance visit sometime during the week after I reported it, but noone showed up.
