Conch House is a brand new construction, luxury island home with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.  The pool area is an oasis of luxury,  including a 6' water-slide, a unique enclosed "grotto" spa, lush tropical landscaping, a pool side bar with TV under the large covered lanai.  Relax reading a book or join in a friendly competitive game of ping pong.  Vacationing here will be like having your own private theme park right on Anna Maria Island.   

The inside of the home is just as special. There are 3 individual Master Suites with King beds and private bathrooms.  The other 3 bedrooms include a King bed, two twins beds and a perfect room for the kids that has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle.  This room will sleep 4 kids comfortably. The house will also feature a Wii game station for enjoyment of both kids and adults alike.  Each bedroom also features a flat screen HD TV and i-pod docking station radio.   

Of course everyone comes to Anna Maria to enjoy the outstanding Gulf beaches-you will only be a short 3-4 minute stroll over to it- not much easier than that!  The pool has a nice Southern exposure to allow for plenty of sunshine throughout the day.  Beach chairs and a few beach toys are also provided for your enjoyment. 

There is a large dining table which works well for preparing those special family meals together that everyone enjoys after a fun day exploring the island.

Living Area

The living area of Conch House flows gently through from the kitchen area.  It has plenty of windows for natural light and there is a large 54" flat screen TV with sofa seating.  Sink into the wonderful oversized sectional sofa or cozy up with a blanket and book in one of the chairs.  

 

Kitchen

The kitchen includes custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel Bosch appliances and open views out onto the porch area.  It is an open floor plan allowing for those in the kitchen to enjoy the activities and discussion in living room.  There is a large dining table with seating for 10. 

The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items for cooking those sensational vacation meals for friends and family or whipping up that special cocktail creation to enjoy by the pool. 

Bedrooms

The house features 3 master suites, one on the 2nd level and two on the 3rd level.  All three have King beds and there own private bathrooms.

The 4th bedroom has a King bed.

The 5th bedroom has two twin beds. 

The 6th bedroom is set up with a bunk bed that has a twin over full and a pop up trundle to sleep an additional 4th person.  The room is perfect for a group of children. 

Each room will feature a HD flat screen TV and i-home radio docking station.

Bathrooms

The 3 master bedrooms all have private in-suite bathrooms. 

There is an additional full bathroom upstairs as well as a half bath on the main level near the living and kitchen area.

 

Outside

Here is where it really gets incredible.  This home has a large heated pool with 6' tall, over-the-top cool water-slide going down into it.  It also features a spa uniquely fitted in a covered "grotto" area.

This oasis of luxury is surrounded by lush tropical palm trees and landscaping for great privacy.  Right off the pool area is a large covered lanai that features a wet bar and TV.  The recreation area is adjacent to this with a ping pong table.

What an incredible vacation area this will be- like your own private resort area!  Oh, and will only a short walk over to the beach and trolley stop, how will you fit all this fun in??
