Living Area

The living area is tastefully decorated with fun colors and a beach atmosphere.  Includes a brand new large HD flat screen TV and high-speed wireless Internet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and custom cabinets and tile back-splash.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, one featuring a king size bed and the second featuring (2) twin beds.  Both have nice crown moldings and base boards and tropical Island style furniture.

There are a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are outfitted with granite counter-tops and travertine floors and high-end fixtures.  Both are tastefully decorated and the master includes a large walk in shower. 

Outside

The outside pool area is cozy and secluded.  It has a fun shaped private (NOT SHARED) heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping.  With only a short 2-3 minute walk to the sugar sand beach of famous Anna Maria Island, it does not get much better than this.  Includes a stainless steel gas BB! grill and pool furniture. 

There is a free trolley that services the island. 

**Private homes with pools will not be heated unless requested by guest. Please contact AMV for details.Pool heaters in our private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company.80° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 75° during the winter months.Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer.Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool.Guests should not expect hot tub like temperatures for pool spas.

In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, AMV will expedite repairs as quickly as possible.It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes.No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
