This new construction, elegant island style private 2 bed, 2 bath cottage has everything you could want in a tropical getaway.  Nestled on a quiet street,  it has a lovely private, heated swimming pool surrounded by lush vegitation and a privacy fence. 

The walk over to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico is an easy 2 minute direct stroll.  Other ammenities include a stainless steel BBQ grill and pool furniture for lounging around after a hard day at the beach. What a wonderful outdoor tropical oasis for you to enjoy.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with needed cookware and dinnerware.  There are new flat screen TV's in the main room and in each bedroom.

Living Area

The living area is tastefully decorated with fun colors and a beach atmosphere.  Includes a brand new large HD flat screen TV and high-speed wireless Internet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and custom cabinets and tile back-splash.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, one featuring a king size bed and the second featuring (2) twin beds.  Both have nice crown moldings and base boards and tropical Island style furniture.

There are a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

 

 

 

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are outfitted with granite counter-tops and travertine floors and high-end fixtures.  Both are tastefully decorated and the master includes a large walk in shower. 

Outside

The outside pool area is cozy and secluded.  It has a fun shaped private heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping.  With only a short 2 minute walk to the sugar sand beach of famous Anna Maria Island, it does not get much better than this.  Includes a gas grill and pool furniture. 

There is a free trolley that services the island.
