Living Area

The living area in La Casa 12 is very spacious. It has open air spaces with views of the water and tropical landscaping abounds around the property.

The island decor and furniture screams luxury vacation. A 48" flat screen TV above the fireplace makes this a very cozy location to relax and enjoy.

Kitchen

The kitchen is what you would expect- deluxe granite counters, stainless steal appliances and all needed cookware. Custom cabinets make this dream kitchen a wonderful focal point for family and friends to enjoy each other's company while unwinding from the day.

A full laundry room is located directly off the kitchen.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are over-sized with the finest furniture.

Bedroom one has a king bed and TV.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and TV.

Bedroom three has a queen pull out sleeper sofa and TV. It can also double as an office or private reading room or even an area for the kids to go and play.

Bathrooms

Master bath, second bedroom bath and a half bath, all with granite countertops and deluxe furnishings. Soft white cotton premium towels as well.

Outside

Of course this is why you came!  Only steps to the outstanding powder white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.  The famous sunsets can be all yours to enjoy from either your private over-sized balcony or sitting on the sand right out front of the complex.

The pool is heated and has it's own hot tub also.

The complex is located on the north end of Holmes Beach, almost to the city of Anna Maria.  The free trolley stop is just a short distance and can take you all over the island with ease.

There simply is no finer luxury Gulf front condos on the island.
