Living Area

In the main living area the ambiance of the 'great room' with its high ceilings is open and sunny. The sleek simple lines of the Scandinavian style of the great room are enhanced by the addition of furnishings with a tropical influence, in-keeping with the island's relaxed and casual way of life. TV/DVD is provided for relaxing moments when not at the pool or the beach. Glass slider doors lead out on to the deck overlooking the pool.

Kitchen

Beautiful black granite counter tops and the latest sleek stainless steel appliances grace the kitchen and the dining area has seating for 4.� With an additional two seats at the bar. �The separate laundry/pantry is equipped with a washer/dryer.

The kitchen has range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer & ice maker and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishwasher and cutlery. Bring the groceries up to the kitchen from the garage via the elevator.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Luggage can be transported up to the bedrooms via the elevator.

Bathrooms

The�downstairs bathroom has granite counter tops and an amazing double steam shower.

Bathroom 2 has tub/shower and Bathroom 3 has a shower.

Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

Outside

The architecture of Seabreeze Cottage is island style with crisp white trim. Nestled in a quiet leafy residential neighborhood very close to the Gulf, just a two-minute stroll to the world-famous seven-mile stretch of peaceful white sand beaches.

A brick paved driveway leads up to the large double garage which keeps your car cool, out of the Florida sunshine. The swimming pool set in landscaped gardens is heated in the cooler months and steps lead up to the deck and entranceway.

Seabreeze Cottage

The home is beautiful, well laid out (spacious living room, kitchen and a bathroom for each room that allowed 3 couples to live inside the house with no conflict), great location (2 blocks from the beach with a grocery store and pharmacy close by), excellent restaurants within walking distance and a free trolley to travel the island. But most of all we felt safe (has a double car garage to keep your vehicle secure and store your golf clubs.) The back patio by the pool is large and well shaded. The second floor deck on the gulf side allows a nice breeze while sitting out at night. The home is centrally located in the state of Florida and surrounded by excellent site seeing opportunities a short car drive away.
We did have a few problems during our stay and appreciated the quick response “Anna Maria Island Vacation Rentals” took to remedy the situation. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation without any worries. We plan on continuing trips to Florida and consider “Anna Maria Island Vacation Rentals” as our renter of choice.

Seabreeze Cottage

This is our second stay at the Seabreeze cottage and our fifth stay on Anna Maria Island. We love all of the properties we have stayed at but especially like the location of this house. It is so close to the beach as well as the other amenities of the Island. The outside of the property fantastic. You have sun at the pool in the afternoon yet plenty of shaded areas for those who want to stay outside but get out of the sun. The upper deck is fantastic all day long and great access to the kitchen should you want to eat outside. The inside is bright and modern yet has a cozy feel to it. We were also impressed that some improvements had been made since our stay last year. New coverings on the indoor furniture, some new chairs by the pool and during our stay, the addition of a gas grill. We had no problems during our stay and enjoyed every minute.
