Living Area

The interior of Sunset Cottage is cool and comfortable, with nearly 10ft high ceilings, Travertine tiled floors, silent ceiling fans and large French doors leading out on to the tropical garden. Every window and door is fully trimmed in fluted casing with rosettes and following recent refurbishment there is crown molding throughout the property, adding a personal, decorative touch to this luxury home.

The open-plan living area is furnished with all new Thomasville furniture, including a Barca lounger for those moments when you want to put your feet up and switch off. Watch the 32in flat-screen TV with cable or bring your DVD collection and spend a night at the movies. As well as the whisper quite air conditioning, which will keep the house as cool as you like it when the sun shines, there are ceiling fans to keep the air moving while you sit still. In the dining area, enjoy meals at the beautiful Chippendale table with glass top and four chairs.

Leading off from the main living area is a laundry room, with a full-sized LG front loading washer and dryer. We know you are on vacation, but the laundry never stops!

Kitchen

The brand new kitchen is stacked with some excellent features which should make cooking fun and stress-free. The whole preparation area has granite countertops and enough eye- and floor-level cupboards to store all your provisions, as well as stainless steel appliances including a large oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, Farberware pots and pans and cooking utensils, Chicago cutlery, iron and ironing board, as well as a garbage disposal unit.

Three hand-made glass lights throw a pleasant glow on the whole area, from where the chef can cook up a storm without being stuck out of the way. And open plan living means all those glorious smells are sure to fire up everyone's appetites.

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms in this property have en suite bathrooms leading off them, giving all guests complete privacy, and all are finished with top-quality fixtures and fittings.

The master includes an outrageously relaxing king-size bed finished with a luxurious pillow topped mattress. Lay back, put your feet up and drift off to the best night's sleep you will ever have. The master bedroom is also a perfect place to relax during the day, with two French doors opening on to the pool area, as well as two further windows for ample cross ventilation. And with a 22in flat-screen TV to watch and tasteful decoration coupled with bespoke furniture you can enjoy the room any time of the day.

The master also enjoys its own private bathroom with granite-topped 36in vanity area, ornate mirror and Travertine-tiled walls in the walk-in shower.

Bedroom two has twin beds both with pillow topped mattresses and its own private bathroom with 36in granite vanity and tub with marble walls. There is also a 7ft closet for storage, a silent ceiling fan to keep the air moving through and a 19in flat-screen TV.

Bathrooms

The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with granite-topped 36in vanity area, large mirror and Travertine-tiled walls in the walk-in shower.

Bedroom two has the same granite vanity area and granite walls surrounding a large tub to relax in with a good book.

Both bathrooms are equipped with luxury, freshly-laundered towels and will be spotlessly clean on your arrival.

Outside

Walk through the French doors and into your own secluded paradise which makes this property so special and unique. With lush, tropical trees and shrubs planted around a heated lagoon pool you might think you've been transported to the Caribbean.

A safe environment for kids to play in, the large pool has a hidden surprise which everyone will love - two deck jets which arc water high into the air and three further jets which bubble up from the large shallow section at one end. For a more conventional experience there is a hot and cold outdoor shower to clean yourselves off after a long soak.

There is also the 38in granite table top in the pool, surrounded by a built-in sitting area. The table sits just above the water so that a book will stay dry and there is even a hole in its center for an umbrella so you can stay cool while the sun is high in the sky.

If you don't want to get wet, you can simply relax on the large decked area which includes a patio table and four chairs, and also four lounge chairs to recline in and catch some rays or cover your eyes with a good book. You can also eat outside thanks to a three-burner gas grill with side warmer and turn the outdoor lights on to enjoy an al fresco evening meal.

And at just 160 steps to the glorious sand of Anna Maria Island's western shore you can get some sand between your toes in no time at all.
