Living Area

Recently redecorated in rich tropical tones, the open plan living and dining area is open plan to take advantage of the incredible view of the crystal blue Gulf waters. Relax in either of two comfortable sofas and enjoy the TV, DVD or Stereo. If you decide to eat in then you can use the dining table in the living area, at he breakfast bar or "al fresco" out on the balcony.

Walk out through the large glass sliders onto your private balcony and watch dolphins swimming by, sailboats drifting past and the most amazing sunsets that light up the sky in the early evening. Sip a long cool drink while the sun slips down over the horizon and wait for the best light show in the world.

Kitchen

The kitchen has solid granite countertops, pristine white raised paneled wood cabinets and a full range of appliances including dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal.

There is a breakfast bar for informal dining or for that all important early morning cup of coffee before slipping out through the slider doors, down the stairs and taking a leisurely stroll along the beach in the morning air.

The cabinetry contains dishes, pots, pans, silverware and small electricl appliances. The washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are housed in a separate laundry room.

Bedrooms

Good quality linens and quilts and comfortable beds in both of the bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom features a large and inviting king size bed, views of the Gulf when you awake in the morning, an easy chair and ottoman - perfect for enjoying a relaxing read, watching TV or listening to a the radio. There is also a private Master bathroom.

Bedroom Two has 2 comfortable twin beds, TV and radio, closet and its own bathroom.

Bathrooms

The Master bathroom has beautiful granite counter tops plus a European style tiled tub and shower.

Bathroom 2 also has a European tiled tub/shower and smooth granite counter tops.

All bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

Outside

An elevator will carry your luggage up from your gated parking. Swim year round in the heated swimming pool set tropical gardens with magnificent palms and a deck that leads down to the beach. There is a grill down by the pool for cook-outs and picnics on the beach.

Within easy walking distance to amenities such as grocery store, the island trolley stop, pharmacy, restaurants and fishing pier.
