Living Area

The living area in this grand home is set up perfect for large groups.  The 2 seperate couches provides plenty of seating around the 55" flat screen TV.  Additional chairs are complemented by Tropical decorations and unique island style furniture is just what you would expect to find in this home.

The dining area is just off the main living area.  There is a very sturdy, 8 seating hardwood dining table as the main seating as well as 6 more bar stools fixed around the kitchen bar.

Kitchen

The kitchen in Tropical Oasis does not disappoint either.  The builder knew that kitchens are often the focal point of large fun vacation gatherings and created this space so everyone can enjoy. It has a full view of the main living space and dining area so when working hard to prepare that batch of margaritas or that gourmet holiday meal, everyone can stay right in the action.

Of course there are custom cabinets, granite counters and high-end appliances but it is also fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare that gourmet meal for the crowd.

Right off the kitchen is a half bath and a laundry room.

Bedrooms

This amazing home 8 bedrooms with luxury linens and fine island tyle bedding and furniture. 

There are two Master suites on the main level, one with a King bed and one with a queen bed.

On the third level, there are is another Master suite with King bed and balcony that overlooks the pool.

The other five bedrooms on the third level contain 2 with bunk beds, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a King bed. 

All rooms contain HD flat screen TV's and several rooms have DVD players.

Bathrooms

There are 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. 

There are 3 master suites which each have private baths including walk in showers.

There are two community bathrooms on the 3rd level.

The half bathroom is on the 2nd level common area.

Outside

Where do we start- this home has it all. The pool is has a beautiful waterfall, swim-up Tiki hut and bridge running over top of it from the deck right to the hot tub.  There is a pool-side covered lanai area with island style bar that has a sink, mini-fridg, TV and plenty of seating for a outdoor meal or sharing cocktails with friends while listening to a little Jimmy Buffet.

There also is a full game room just inside the lanai.  It has a pool table, ping pong table and a air hockey table.  The home keeps a complement of pool toys as well as beach toys, chairs and other useful items on hand for guests.

The view from the top of the house is truly breathtaking.  The roof-top deck has chairs and a brilliant views of the famous Anna Maria sunsets. The walk to the beach is only a short 2-3 minute easy stroll. 

The combination of quality custom building detail, proximity to the beach, outdoor pool area and recreation games available- this home is unmatched on the island.  Come and enjoy for yourself!
