General Information

Living Area

The main living area flows right off of the kitchen so to include all activities.  Keep in touch with the outside world via the high speed internet or follow the news with the huge 48” wall-mounted HDTV while relaxing on the two luxury sofas.  One sofa pulls out to be a queen size bed.

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen has every modern convenience, appliance and utensil to provide an informal lunch or a multi-course dinner. With a large cooking range, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and separate utility area with washer and dryer you can do as much or as little around the kitchen as you fancy.

There is a kitchen bar that is useful for breakfast – the ideal place to plan the day ahead over a toasted bagel and a pot of freshly-brewed coffee.  The rich, custom Brazilian Cherry cabinets make you feel in the lap of luxury in this gourmet kitchen.

Bedrooms

The Master bedroom has a luxury king size bed with TV and its own private wet bar and lovely accent lighting.  Also included is an extra-large wall length closet and private suite bathroom.  

The second bedroom is a beautiful beach color peach and contains a queen bed, private TV and lovely sitting area. 

The third bedroom contains two twin beds with Tommy Bahama bedding, beach furniture, large closet, and en-suite bathroom. 

The fourth bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows, queen bed and new flat screen TV.   All mattress are top of the line Ritz-Carlton brand and the linens are top quality as well. 

Bathrooms

The master bath contains high end tumbled travertine tiles, a walk in shower with side wall jets, and a beautiful deep soak tub. 

The second bath has a shower/bath combination with sliding glass doors and deep cherry wood vanity with over-sized sink. 

The third bath has lovely tile and a walk in shower. 

There also is an additional half bath.

Outside

As great as the inside of this home is, the outside recreation area is every bit as outstanding.  The beach is only an easy 4 minute walk.  As fabulous as the tropical pool area is, you may not want to leave.  It has a waterfall and seats down in the heated pool making it easy to enjoy a frozen drink while sitting on the pool edge talking with friends and family.  The thatch roof umbrella provides ample shade to enjoy a meal or drinks by the pool. 

The pool lanai area is covered and has new sliding glass doors which can completely close the space in if a rain storm was to arise or the night air gets a bit too cold.  The roof top terrace is a real delight where you can enjoy the salt air breezes, catch a view of the ocean and watch the sunset in the evening- a wonderful place to finish off the day.
