This casually elegant Mediterranean style 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom vacation residence has views of the Gulf waters and its own heated swimming pool set in a gated, private garden area. Just two minutes' stroll from the beach, this Mediterranean villa is topped bya spectacular rooftop terrace on which you can sit and enjoy amazing sunsets while enjoying the tropical sea breezes.

Lush pillow top beds with thick mattresses, fine linens and a quiet dual system air conditioning allows you to adjust the temperature in the upper and middle sections of the house to your own comfort level.

Travel up in the elevator or take the stairs up to the next level. The layout includes kitchen, living area, bedroom four, bathroom and laundry room. The solid wood kitchen has smooth granite countertops and is fully equipped with range, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils. The laundry room has a laundry has a large washer and dryer.

Walk through to the living area and enjoy the TV/DVD, or sit back and sip a cocktail or read a book in relaxing surroundings that combine polished honey colored maple wood floors and supremely comfortable soft furnishings. If you are traveling with your laptop bring a cable and hook up to the DSL high-speed internet access.

Step through large glass sliders on to the balcony. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, TV and phone.

Take the elevator or the stairs up to the top floor. Here you will find two complete master suites, plus bedroom 3. Master bedrooms 1 and 2 each enjoy a king-size bed, TV, phone and en-suite private bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 has a large spa bathtub with hand held shower, Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, TV, phone and own bathroom.

By providing two master bedrooms we feel we have gone a long way to solving that age old problem of who gets the best room in the house.

The bedrooms reveal a designer with an eye for detail. Bed linens include white matalasse cotton quilts accented with throw pillows and the Mediterranean inspired décor provides a calming and tranquil atmosphere.

There also is a brand new fine leather queen pull out sleeper sofa as well.
