This very private luxury Longboat Key home has it all.  Stunning views from all the balconies, a full size heated and screened in swimming pool with hot tub and dock are just a few of the outstanding features.  No attention to detail was overlooked in the building of this property.  It uniquely sits on a double sized lot, providing for lots of space to spread out and enjoy your stay.

This custom home is just like what you dream about for your tropical Florida vacation. High-end furniture and fixtures throughout, classic island style accessories, crown molding, ceiling fans, hardwood floors and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen make this luxury home one of the finest rental opportunities on the island. A 14 night minimum is required for this home. 

Living Area

Fall into the oversized couches and relax watching the 52" high definition flat screen TV housed in custom cabinetry. Plenty of seating with two full size couches and two oversize chairs. Grab a cold drink and enjoy gazing out to the water from the couches or curl up with a great book and blanket and relax for the afternoon.

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen has everything you would expect from a luxury home. Granite counter-tops, custom cabinets and travertine marble floors are just a few of the many features. It has a separate ice maker, wine captain and two sinks. It is fully stocked with all needed cookware. There also is a small desk located in the kitchen that can serve as a work station if needed. All appliances are of the highest quality.  It is the ideal kitchen for the gourmet cook or those classic family meals on vacation.

Bedrooms

There are 4 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The King Master suite is over-sized with plush carpeting and a nice sitting area. The furniture is the finest elegant island-style Tommy Bahama craft.  Floor to ceiling window-style doors open up to the porch and give a full on water view that is simply spectacular. There is a 42" flat screen TV as located in the armoire. The bathroom is just as luxurious. The walk in shower is over-sized with travertine marble, a bidet and custom cabinetry.  The closet has very ample spacing and the floors are custom marble.

 The 2nd Master King Suite is just as inviting.  Here too the floor to ceiling window-style doors open up to the porch and give a full water view. There is a new flat screen TV, and generous size closet. The bathroom has fine marble and tiles with a full size walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 has a beautiful new ocean colored King bed. The color scheme of this rooms is so relaxing and makes you feel as if you are already at the beach.  There is a new flat screen TV and an over-sized closet.

Room 4 is a huge bonus room downstairs off the pool which has a twin over full bunk-bed with a twin trundle and a queen sleeper sofa.  It also has a ping pong table, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, TV and dining table.  It has a unique Longboat Key historical flare that makes this great spot for entertaining both adults and kids alike.  It opens up to the lanai area by the pool which has a TV located here as well.  It is the perfect spot to spread out and enjoy the space this home has to offer. The gourmet gas grill also makes it the perfect spot for that family cookout by the pool.

Bathrooms

All 4 bathrooms are of the finest quality.  Oversized showers, travertine tiles, luxury marble tops and the elegant fixtures.  High quality linens for each bath as well.

Bathroom 1 has a full walk in shower, double vanities and is equipped with a bidet.

Bathroom 2 has a full walk in shower.

Bathroom 3 has a tub and shower.

Bathroom 4 has a walk in shower.

Outside

The home sits on a double lot, allowing for extra yard space and a large seawall which makes for great fishing.  The double garage has plenty of space for two vehicles to park.  There is a dock, screened and heated pool with spa. There also is a mosquito mist system in place that emits a natural bug and mosquito repellent.  The grill is a high quality gas style with a direct gas line from the house.  Tropical foliage surrounds the house creating your own private paradise.
