Of all the places we’ve visited and all the rental houses we stayed in, this was by far our favorite. The location is on a quiet side street only a few houses from the beach. It’s walkable to a couple of restaurants and cafes (we loved the walk to Ginny and Jane E’s for breakfast). There is also a trolley stop right around the corner if you want to hop on the trolley. The pool is beautiful and features fountains and multi-colored lights which my daughter really enjoyed. The house is very well-maintained, spacious, and was larger than I expected based on pictures alone. The kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked most nights and found we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beds and bedding- often the mattresses in rentals seem to be an afterthought but the beds were here were cozy and comfortable from the mattresses to the pillows. We also loved that beach chairs, a wagon, and pool floats were available for use. We had such an amazing week and really enjoyed this property. We hope to visit again!
