Overall the condo unit was in pretty good shape. We have stayed in many rentals over the last several years and our experiences have allowed us to do a lot of comparisons of different locations and rental units.
My biggest issue with this unit was the lack of basic necessities that would allow a guest to properly keep the place tidy. There was a single kitchen cloth for cleaning, we had to buy and additional kitchen towel set. There was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Not enough for a week vacation. We had to purchase more. A single roll of paper towels. If you only supply one kitchen cloth you should at least supply additional paper towels to keep the place clean.
There was no dishwasher detergent. In all places I have rented, there has always been 2-3 dishwasher pellets. We had to go buy them as well.
The bathrooms were equipped with hand soap dispensers that were all empty! why have them if you are not going to put anything in them. We also bought hand soap for all bathrooms.
I understand there is a linen service for the bedding. We slept in the bedroom with the queen bed and our bed had a king size fitted sheet, which obviously would not stay in place which is very annoying.
The beach towels were a nice additive and there were ample bath towels as well.
There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the refrigerator has a great ice maker that kept up!
I would say the patio was by far the best part of this condo unit. The sunset views were amazing.
Despite the lack of basic items in the condo, I would stay here again.
