We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Acacia Breeze. It had lots of pros – nice layout, great screened porch, nice fully equipped kitchen, good shower pressure, lovely landscaping and many interesting tables and accessories. Plus you can easily walk to the beach and many restaurants, and the pool and canal area behind the home are refreshing and relaxing.
Overall Acacia Breeze is a very nice place to stay but many things need to be refreshed – for example, many furniture coverings, mats and toss pillows are stained/discolored, especially on the screened porch and by the pool. Some of the pool furniture is wobbly or broken, and the heat pump is leaning sideways on a rotted wood stand. We have provided a list of possible improvements to Anna Maria Vacations so hopefully they get them corrected before you rent. Then Acacia Breeze will truly be a 5 star rental!
