The rental itself is perfect – newly remodeled, clean, and super close to the pool (all units in the complex are only a few steps away). The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars for me is the proximity to the beach and trolley. Both options were farther than we’re used to when staying at AMI. We need up needing to drive and park on another street, with still having a little hike, to get to the good beach access. With kids in tow and the high temps of Summer, walking almost a mile to either option felt too far. Aside from that, these units are a great option for groups/families (our friends and their kids stayed in a separate unit at the same time).
