Location was disappointing. Says next to a Marina but it was actually more so shipyard of sorts. In addition, across the street construction of a cell tower was occurring. These two situations combined caused for unexpected noise and disruption. The home, although only a year-old, has a lot of wear and tear inside. A lot of cosmetic updates (paint, new tile flooring, new accent rugs) are needed. The “Ritz Carlton Linens” were nothing more than white towels and white bedding sheet sets. Home was not completely cleaned or in proper order upon arrival. Overall, unhappy with the appearance/condition of the home.
On the positive side, there was ample room for the number of people we had (8 adults & 3 kids) and has a nice outdoor pool area.
If I were to go back to Anna Maria Island, I would consider staying in a different section. Holmes Beach appeared to be more of an upscale, nicer area.

We would like to point out that Coastal Winds is located an approximant 30 second walk to the Bradenton Beach Marina at 402 Church St N in Bradenton Beach, of which has been family owned and continuously operated since 1982. It is a full-service marina, including customary dry-dock storage facilities. There is a new cell tower being erected adjacent to it, which is a very short-term project and is executed at the discretion of the City of Bradenton Beach.
This property has been a very popular choice for renters and does stay almost completely full. Our low season is coming up from September to January and we will be aggressively “sprucing up” this, and almost all of the other properties in our rental portfolio. Anna Maria Vacations does have a Guest Relations and Service departments and should any issues arise during any future visits, please do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues within our control for you during your stay.
