Arrived to find the ice maker wasn’t working, no gas in the gas grill (needed big time cleanup), and the spa was not working. Called AMV and emailed. Gas replaced next day, after three days pool guy said spa needed a $300.00 part and he needed owner permission to replace. It was never replaced. Outside wooden tables are falling apart exposing nails. Our feeling was it was a great house that has been ignored by management. With all our choices, not sure I can recommend. We have been renting on AMI for 10 years and this was our first real disappointment. Sorry to not agree with other reviews but we felt shortchanged

Thank you for letting us know about your stay with us at Cabana Beach. Your feedback is important to us as it helps us better assist our guests and provide the best service possible. Your email has been forwarded to the appropriate department to take a look at the outside tables. We appreciate your understanding that you are renting a privately owned home and unfortunately, issues such as the ice-maker can happen and are not a lack of our care but just regular wear and tear on a home. All of our vacation homes are inspected prior to our guests arrival. Propane, grills and the pool area are among the first areas that are checked. Unfortunately, due to the have rains and thunderstorm on Saturday we had a very difficult time accessing some of our properties due to flooding and inspecting the grills and propane was next to impossible. We appreciate you assisting us and letting us know that you needed a new propane tank for your grilling. The blowers for the spa had to be approved and the part ordered by the pool vendor. Again, we understand the disappointment but this is not something that pool vendors have in stock and can change out immediately.
We hope that otherwise you enjoyed your stay at Cabana Beach and enjoyed the location of the home as well as the amenities the property provides.
