We stayed in this property over the Easter holiday and had problems from the time we arrived. It had not been cleaned properly and had a wet towel and empty water bottle on the front steps, my brother in law found a razor in their shower and the pool area was littered with rubbish, plastic water bottles and someone’s crumpled shirt, with a dirty pool. The rental company did respond to our complaint and sent someone to clean. However we then spent the week subject to noise and nuisance from the building work at the next property. Frequently woken by workmen using electronic saws and paving cutters which continued much of the day. We paid more for this property because it had a peaceful beach location and did not have the holiday we anticipated as a result of these problems. The rental company and owners response has been polite but poor in our opinion. The house itself is fine though not well equipped for a large group. We would not recommend.
