I recently stayed at the Seabreeze Cottage with my family of 5; a home we have rented before on several occasions. We love this property because of its location in residential Holmes Beach, and because it is located within some 8-10 min walk to the beach. This house is very convenient, however, this stay around, we found there were some small issues that needed some care and/or attention. Having said this, I want to thank Anna Maria Rentals for their super quick and efficient response to our complain about the bbq grill; as we realized the day we first tried to use it that it was not working properly, and it was extremely deteriorated. -They brought us a new one the next day! In regards to the other items or issues needing some attention please note, the shower curtain in the master bedroom has mold, this needs to be changed. In addition, ALL the bed comforters in all the bedrooms need to be changed. I have been staying in this property since at least 2013 and they are the same, and this time we noticed they need a good wash or change. The kitchen was equipped with necessary items. The house was very clean and the beach towels, bath towels and other linens (sheets/fitted sheets and pillow cases) were clean, too. Having said all this, I insist, this house is very nice and we appreciate Anna Maria Rentals for their excellent customer service before and during our stay.
