Spacious, well appointed and decorated, perfect for family of 12 with 5 children under 8 years. The bunk room and twin bedroom with Jack ‘n Jill bath were enjoyed by my 5 grandchildren. Pool was larger than others we have used and a great shaded escape for afternoons after the sun of the beach. Very short walk to beach with no roads to cross. In garage there were a myriad of beach toys, a beach wagon and beach cart. Only about 5 beach chairs were useable and there were no umbrellas. The grill was brand new. All in all a great vacation house. It is the 3rd house we have rented on 50th St. and probably our favorite.
