Well maintained and spacious with plenty of room for a family of 12. Only 7 houses to the beach with no roads to cross. Backyard pool is shaded with trees and makes a wonderful retreat after a morning at the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs in the garage plus a wagon and cart to make the trip to the beach so easy. Only one large umbrella, but it is larger than the ones from Fun and More Rentals. 4 bikes are also ready to go. This is our 3rd vacation at the Beachbreeze and we have found no better spot. Hint: Check the propane tank for the grill as soon as you come. We went to use the grill after having caught fish in the gulf and it was completely empty. A new one was supplied the next day, but too late for us.
