Plenty of seating on the main floor and plenty of sitting on the decks. Bedrooms are adequate size and bathrooms are great. The Jacuzzi tub was awesome. The master bedroom bed was hard as a rock. I could not sleep there so my husband did. He said it was the hardest but is it was slept in. We are going to buy a mattress padding today. If you like a hard bed- like a board – you would love this bed. The couch downstairs was big enough that somebody could sleep on it also. The air-conditioner upstairs is separate from the downstairs and the house stayed very cool. I agree it is cluttered with decorations. You can move them to different areas to put your things in the homeowner must love decor decor decor. The house did not have any remnants of salt and pepper or leftover coffee filters from other guests bring everything with you. The historic district had fun restaurants , live music , great food. You are on the street and it is the only road off the island. There is a continual flow of traffic so you must not mind watching cars and people all day. The beach right across the street is very narrow about 30 feet deep. There are no curtains or blinds on the bedroom windows upstairs but there is tinted film that you can roll down. It just means when you wake up the sun is up. The rooms do not darken because of the street lights outside. When you’re inside the house is quiet and every view from every window is wonderful. It is clean. The walk-in closets are big and all your clothes can go in there since there are no dressers in the rooms. The wash machine and dryer are bottom level as well as other items free to use. It is somebody’s personal basement but the fact that there are bikes to ride, boogie boards, noodles, chairs, umbrellas, and fishing poles is incredible. There’s even an old weight set and some dumbbells if your kids like to lift weights. You are right next-door to another two story so when you’re sitting on your deck you can turn your head and talk to your neighbors. If two families wanted to rent both houses that would be a great opportunity to go on a larger vacation. You must go and eat at the island time Beach bar, the pier, and the other restaurants in the area. We’ve always stayed on Anna Maria Island this location was a great fun different spot to us. We would recommend this place. However we will probably look for something right on the beach because the noise from the traffic did not allow us to have the quiet during the day that we would’ve wanted.
