This was the 3rd year we rented this property ( 8 weeks each year). It’s a great location – near the beach and has a nice private pool. All rooms have TVs and ceiling fans. So for those features we’d give it 5 stars. But over the years the place has gotten rather beaten up. It is in desperate need of painting – every wall in every room is scuffed. And as the prior reviewer mentioned, there is clearly no insulation in the walls of the upstairs master bedrooms in both Units A and B. In past years we heard noise when in the upstairs master bedroom but this year was horrible. We literally could hear the guy next door snoring. Because of the noise we could not use the master bedroom (with the king size bed). We had to sleep downstairs (queen size bed) where the bedroom is not wall to wall with another bedroom. So due to the paper thin walls and the need to have the place painted we’d rate this property 1 Star. We have selected another property for next year.
