This property is beautiful. The layout of the house is great. It is a very short walk to the beach, about two blocks. It has a washer and dryer and all the dishes etc., you could possibly need. They also let you use the garage and garage door opener which is very convenient. A few things I wish had been different… the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable, unless you like a very firm mattress. The toilets, when flushing you must hold down the handle until the flush is complete, otherwise it doesn’t flush and you have to wait a couple of seconds to flush again. The master shower you have to hold the portable shower head while showering which is fine except if you are trying to shave. The pool is very nice and very clean. There is NO curtain or window covering on the glass front door or sidelights to the front door. Very important to note if you are the type of person who walks around in your undergarments. Finally the living room TV picture is beautiful, BUT the cable remote is very testy. You must press power on the cable remote for all on, then the regular on on the same remote to avoid an annoying note saying no signal. The Wi-Fi works great as do the cable remote in all the bedrooms, it is just the living room one that is extremely testy. And you must be pointing it right at the tv. I updated the batteries so that wasn’t the problem. All in all a great house, close to the beach and I would definitely rent it again. I have used this company two years in a row now and they are very quick to respond to any maintenance issues if you do have any.
