My family of 15 (8 adults and 7 grandchildren) had a great week in early August. Unfortunatley we had rain first few days, but the pool and hot tub was the savior even during the rain. During the hot days when the sun showed up, the pool and hot tub was incredible. We normally went to the beach early morning, and then pool in the afternoon. The houses are immaculate and high end. Great rooms and fantastic layout. And dont worry about bringing beach stuff to this house. There are beach chairs, kids beach toys, etc.
I would have rated the house a 5 except we had intermittant cable tv and internet issues most of the week. The maintenace person came promptly and finally got the cable company to fix things, but of course that didnt happen till the end of the week. And one other issue we had was work going on in a next door new house being built (which was unfortunate and of course not directly the fault of the owner or property manager) but did put a dent into our otherwise great week at this house. WE complained and the Anna Mara Vacations maintenace team and the owner made things right for us.
If I can ever get the whole family together again, we would rent this complex in a heart beat. And btw, dont forget all of the great restaurants, and other activities on this great island!!!
