The location was very good, we think one of the best locations we have ever had. The Beach was a short walk and the manatees in the bay were visible behind the house almost every day. We had two families in the home and the “kids room” worked very well for us as did most of the lay out. We had some issues with the information on the app being incorrect such as the WiFi information and garbage pick up. Other than those issues check In and Check out was easy. My only real complaints were with how the home is furnished. This was the most expensive home we have ever rented on the island but the home is lacking some things we are accustomed too. Beach chairs are at the top of that list. I did call the management company but we ended up having to buy chairs so that we would have something to take to the beach. Also we really missed the gas grill that we typically have. The ironing board and iron were of little use, those need replaced with more functional options. If the furnishings were adjusted this home would be a definite contender for our yearly visits. We drive over 12 hours to get to the island and it’s just impractical for us to have to pack chairs and other items with us.
