If you’ve come to Florida to relax in the sun by the pool, this house is not for you! There was so much foliage in the back yard that the sun was not able to come through AT ALL to the pool area. The picture in this listing that shows sun in the back yard must have been taken the day that they were planted or before all trees were placed. Upon calling the management company to complain, we were told they were trying to get a landscaper to come by to trim some back. It took multiple phone calls without any call back before they ended up sending someone over. He took a picture and once I called back (because I never heard back) , was told the owner didn’t want to do anything about it. We’ve been coming to Anna Maria for several years and this was the most disappointed we’ve been in a rental. We love the beach but also enjoy the opportunity to have sun while watching the kids play in the pool.
