If you’re looking to lay by the pool and get some sun, this is not the home for you. We had to pack up and go to the beach in order to get any sun at all. The house is beautiful, but the backyard is very dark.

Unfortunately, due to this time of the year, the house may block the sun occasionally and this house was also built with the covered patio area. We’d be more than happy to help accommodate you in the future with a property that is more suited to your liking.
