We loved the property and the location. We would go back. The reason for the title is it is better than it looks in the pictures. That’s not a criticism of the photographer, it’s really the setting that makes it difficult to get good ones. It seemed brand new, I believe it was newly refurbished. It was roomy. We had 7 including two youngsters, 4 and 7. They loved the pool and the access to the beach, which was about 2 1/2 residential blocks away. And the beach wasn’t crowded. Not sure it was because of the timing of the trip, kind of right at the beginning of the time the Covid-19 became a big thing. But it seemed more to do with the residential type setting. There’s a Publix and Walgreens 1 1/2 miles away. We didn’t take advantage of the Trolley, but there are places to eat you can walk to. This is not a criticism, just an FYI, because it is new you will need to get some staples, like detergent, soap and stuff, but it has all the pans, utensils, dishes, etc. that you would need. It was well stocked in toilet paper! The staples will probably build up over time. There were plenty of linens and towels and the linen service worked out great. Anna Maria Vacations, the property manager, couldn’t have been any more helpful. They reached out to make sure everything was OK, and were prompt in responding to any issues, which were mainly questions due to our lack of our knowledge on how things worked. We loved it!
