Solid 3 stars in that the property was mostly as advertised and the price was on the lower end.
Great bedroom sizes, nice linens and towels and above average bathrooms.
The living room is small, luckily we didn’t need it much. The dinning room was also cramped but again, all we used were the washer and dryer tucked away behind folding doors, nice to have them.
The kitchen is fine, there were only 4 coffee cups but we had plenty of other items. The ice maker still doesn’t work as noted in a previous review.
The unit was easy to find and access to the beach was exceptional.
The free Trolley has a stop right across the street and we used it numerous times.
Pool and Jacuzzi were useable and clean due to the very nice weather we had.
The table and chairs on the pool deck were heavy duty but really needed cushions as we spent hours outside.
Other outdoor issues were lack of lighting in the pool area and on the walkway that lead to the B entrance, there were a few solar lights, most of which didn’t work,
Paint and finishes are feeling a bit tired and could use a refresh.
We did notice that the lot directly behind this unit will soon be under construction, I would check with the rental agency before renting in case this would affect the peace and quiet here.
This is our third year on the island and look forward to coming back soon.

As far as some of the maintenance issues you had mentioned, we are sorry and have scheduled our Service Technicians to go to the home as soon as possible to fix these concerns. Please feel free to give us a call in the future so we can address these to make your stay more enjoyable. We are looking into getting the ice maker replaced as well so this does not happen again. Unfortunately, we are not notified when construction will be going on, on AMI making it difficult to notify our guests ahead of time.
