Acacia Breeze is a gorgeous house, well laid-out both inside and out. The shops and restaurants are a short walk away, and I’m especially fond of Ginny and Jane’s, Two Scoops, Mes Amis and last but not least, the bike store, Beach Bums. Biking the island is especially liberating, and this is the perfect spot from which to radiate. North Shore Drive was my favorite blend of light traffic and beautiful architecture, but even the main roads feel safe – cars respect bike lanes!
Inside, Acacia Breeze offers as much privacy as anyone could want, but also has several communal areas. Our group was relatively small, but I can easily imagine a large group seamlessly sharing the space. And I tip my hat to the interior designer – such an eclectic collection of wood, driftwood, fabric, glass!
I would go back any time.
