Welcome to Southern Breeze #3, an newly remodeled two-bedroom and one-bath ground-level vacation getaway. ISLAND 6-PLEX offers a community pool with plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables, a BBQ grill, and a shared laundry room. Located at the tip of Anna Maria Island, this vacation retreat is near the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, Tampa Bay, restaurants, and shops on the Famous Pine Ave. Pack your bags and get ready for a beach vacation!

You and your guests will love the chic living room that has calming tropical décor, a tv, and a large sectional perfect for unwinding after exploring the 7-mile island. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinets, and is equipped with all the basics, including pots and pans. Share a drink and delicious meal with friends and family at the kitchen table.

Each bedroom is appointed with a King cooling hybrid gel mattress, colorful bedding, a tv, and a dresser. The bathroom has plenty of cabinet space for storing vacation essentials and has a shower and tub combination. The couch in the living room converts to a sleeper sofa to ensure every guest has a rejuvenating stay.

Southern Breeze #3 is perfect for multiple families and friends traveling together who want their own place but want to be close. Please note: 1 car maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This was the perfect spot If you desire bean point. The walk was not that far of a walk for the younger adults. The beach access was at the end of the road. -- Amy, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Southern Breeze! Quiet,comfortable and great location

Clean and comfortable. If I could make one suggestion. Add a love seat or another chair in living room .get rid of the desk add a dust pan ..Could not have been a better place to stay.. Great stay with little ones

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time on Santa Maria Island. Southern Breeze 3 was perfect for my husband and I. Location was great...a short walk to beaches, complete with sunrises and sunsets. The house was comfortable, clean, and very well-equipped. We felt right at home. The pool was great, just outside our front door. The gates to the pool need to be fixed so be careful with little ones! We truly enjoyed our stay! --
