We just left Friday, and we are missing this house so much. It was such an amazing stay and we are already looking to book another one!

Perfect house for big family vacation, even brought the dog! We had issues with the internet line being cut on two occasions. Both times they were very responsive and sent out a tech to fix the situation, and even came out the second time themselves to resolve it fast. This was helpful as we also had to do work. Very clean, very close to the beach. Overall great experience and place.

WiFi was sketchy, very hit or miss if it worked. Location was excellent! Would have loved a full length mirror or 2 outside of bathrooms. We would definitely come back.

Excellent location with a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants and amazing cinnamon rolls at cafe next door. Home and outdoor areas were very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 8 adults and two infants. Nice appliances, cookware and plenty of silverware and plates in kitchen. Pool and spa were perfect temps and enjoyed all the games around the pool and grilling out one evening. Lots of various deck space for hanging out. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided were a plus. Communication from host was very proactive with prompt replies to any questions. Very enjoyable stay!

Enjoyed our stay! The house is a great setup for families. The pool was heated and comfortable to swim in. Lots of activities in the backyard- golf putters/balls and beach chairs included. The alarms took some getting used to but were a great safety feature around pool access with kids ages ranging from 4-7. Short walk to the beach which was easy for kids and nice rooftop sunset views!

Everything was as I expected. The internet is not good, is too slow. The only thing that house is missing is a bathroom outside for the pool.

We had 11 people in our party and the house was perfect in size and location. The pool and outside area were perfect after long days at the beach. The kitchen was also perfect as it had all of the plates and silverware that we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and shops so the location is ideal. The check in and communication with the rental agency was perfect. We will be back -

My family and I were a big group and this house was perfect for us. Lots of space for a group and our favorite things were the pool and rooftop. House was clean, property manager was great at communication, and you can't beat the location of this house. 5 minute walk to the beach and also a close walk to the pier, and a lot of restaurants / cafes right in walking distance. 10/10 would recommend this house if you're visiting Anna Maria.

Antiqua Bay in Anna Maria was a great location and ideal for family!! Pool was really warm considering high of 60. The rental company was responsive and helpful when we needed a few things.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was absolutely perfect. Right next to Ginny and Jane’s cafe (the best cinnamon rolls) and just a very short walk to the beach! The house came equipped with everything you could need for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and wagon). The house itself was very clean and spacious. The rooms did lack dressers, making it difficult to unpack for the week, however there is plenty of space in the closets to hang your clothes. We loved the pool and hot tub and had no issues with the water temperature! The house did come with bikes but most of them had flat tires. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back!

My family enjoyed our stay at Antigua Bay. The house was located a short stroll to the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream stores. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the beach including a beach cart to carry our all our stuff. We had 5 kids 5 and under and the house came with water toys, booster chair, baby walker, beach chairs, 2 sets of water wings. 6 bikes, etc. The rooms were tastefully decorated and roomy. Bathrooms were updated and we had plenty of linens. We would go back for sure. We could watch the sunset from the top deck. The house could use a few small things to make the stay even better. More forks in the kitchen, and mirrors in the bedrooms, possibly a few more dressers for unpacking. Also, we had 2 infants with us and the door alarms were very inconvenient and extremely loud. This house is not recommended for anyone with orthopedic issues because of the stairs. Over all a great stay at a great beach.

We loved staying here on Anna Maria. Perfect location. The only complaint we had and not a big deal was the pool was not really warm enough to swim in much. But maybe the heater couldn't keep up with the cooler temps we had.

Thank you for the 5 star review, John! We are happy that you loved staying on Anna Maria at Antigua Bay! Pool heaters do shut off around 8 pm because of the noise ordinance here on the island. So when they turn back on in the morning, they heat up 2 degrees every hour. You are accurate, its harder for the pool to heat up when we have cool days, unfortunately. We are glad that regardless of this you were able to have a nice vacation on AMI. We hope to welcome you back soon!

This house was at a great location. Loved the cart to pull chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Family friendly house with an updated feel and room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. So many decks! So close to beach and restaurants. Was initially concerned re being next to one but never any noise or problem. Loved outdoor area. Only complaints are minor- door lock with code was not working at check in which created some stress. Also, pots and pans were all small so made cooking for large group a bit of a hassle. Plenty of everything else- especially cups and beach towels! I overlooked that you have to give 10 days notice to have hot tub heated, but temp was still swimmable.

The outdoor area on the ground level is perfect for gathering in the evening and the pool table got plenty of use. Walking out to the street turn left for a very short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets or turn right for a short walk to bay to watch the sunrise. Was concerned about the restaurant next door but you don’t even notice its there. They close at 4 and have great coffee and sticky buns. This place is perfect.

We have been vacationing here for years. Now that our family has grown, we needed a larger home to accommodate everyone. We had the best time at this house! It was spacious and perfect for our kids, grandparents, and siblings. We couldn’t have asked for more! The walk to the beach was just a block away, seconds away from trolley stop, close to shops and restaurants, and the view was great! We spent so much time down by the pool!
