Welcome to Southern Breeze #4, an newly renovated two-bedroom and one-bath ground-level vacation getaway. ISLAND 6-PLEX offers a community pool with plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables, a BBQ grill, and a shared laundry room. Located at the end of Anna Maria Island, this vacation retreat is near the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, Tampa Bay, restaurants, and shops on the Famous Pine Ave. Pack your bags and get ready for a beach vacation!

You and your guests will love the chic living room that has calming tropical décor, a tv, and a large sectional perfect for unwinding after exploring the 7-mile island. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinets, and is equipped with all the basics, including pots and pans. Share a drink and delicious meal with friends and family at the kitchen table. There are patio chairs right out the front door perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or an evening drink.

Each bedroom is appointed with a King cooling hybrid gel mattress, colorful bedding, a tv, and a dresser. The bathroom has plenty of cabinet space for storing vacation essentials and has a shower and tub combination. The couch in the living room converts to a sleeper sofa to ensure every guest has a rejuvenating stay.

Lovely, clean place!

Booked a last minute trip to Anna Maria Island and wanted something near Bean Point. Love that they offer shorter stays, as I couldn't stay a whole week. Walking distance to Bean Point and Rod and Reel Pier. Rented a golf cart to get around the rest of the island. This place is extremely clean and very well stocked. The AC worked great during one of the hottest weeks of the year and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms also moved a lot of air. The starter kit they provide with soap, trash bags, etc. is very nice and useful. I do wish they would offer early check in or late check out when they have nobody in the unit directly before or after you. My only suggestion would be to make sure there are mirrors in the bedroom. With only one small bathroom to share and no mirrors at all in the one room, it was rather difficult to get ready. Book this place today!

A hidden gem next to the tip of Anna Maria Island which has a beautiful beach. Perfect location, clean and affordable. We went with another couple and want to come back with our family again.

Great Location

This was a great location to stay. We walked to Rod and Reel to eat and watch the fisherman. We had a nice easy walk to the beach. For locals who already know the island, we knew this was a way to get away from the crowd and enjoy the island.

Nice time away!

The management group was easy to work with and accommodating for anything we needed. The pool was warm but it was July... it was still refreshing coming back from the beach. A great family weekend away

Traveling with our two young children for a weekend break and this was the perfect place! The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were a good size and the pool on property was fantastic (clean and warm)! The location is great, being a couple of blocks from the beach and the Rod and Reel Pier. We also hired a golf cart to get around. Management was super helpful with getting us set up with crib rental too! -- Thank you for the 5 star review, Emily!
