Welcome to View of the Gulf, a magnificent villa with a rooftop deck with gorgeous Gulf views just mere steps away from the stunning white sands of Holmes Beach. This seven-bedroom, four-full, two-and-a-half-bath home features a sparkling pool, hot tub, a tiki bar, and shuffleboard, making this home a dream beach vacation getaway!

From the original artwork, solid wood floors, and marble bathrooms to the serene and spacious landscaped gardens, View of the Gulf defines coastal luxury. Guests can relax on the oversized leather sectional in the living room and have a movie night, unwind in the smaller den with comfortable sofas and tropical views, or have a family game night in the downstairs living space. The elegant kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops and is well-equipped to prepare and serve delicious meals. Gather guests for meals in the formal dining room under the lovely chandelier, or feel the breeze at the poolside table under the covered patio. Right next to the formal dining room is a balcony with comfy seating.

Refresh and renew yourself in the lush primary bedroom, with a Queen bed, balcony access, and a deluxe ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Guests in the second bedroom can open the sliding door, listen to the palm trees sway as they drift off to sleep, and refresh in the ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. Seashells, sand dollars, a Queen bed, and patio access make the third bedroom a beachside oasis. The fourth bedroom has a beautiful four-post queen bed and is great for small families traveling together because it shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower, with the fifth bedroom having a twin-over-full bunk bed. A full bathroom with a shower and tub is available on the third floor, a half bath on the second and first floors, and a washer and dryer.

-Fifth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Twin over Full bed and jack-n-jill bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Sixth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Two twin beds.
-Seventh Bedroom, 3rd floor: Two twin beds.

The backyard is a tropical paradise whose stunning heated pool has a water feature, a swim-up table, and a hot tub to soothe muscles. Play shuffleboard on the deck while enjoying drinks from the wet tiki bar with a refrigerator and television under a covered lanai for beach-style entertaining. Hang around in the hammock, cool under the outdoor shower, and fire up the gas grill barbecue for island-style cuisine. Complete the day with a sunset viewing from the rooftop deck with your favorite drinks and hors-d'oeuvres.

Take a short walk to the free island trolley and explore all seven miles of Anna Maria Island. Make sure to visit Pine Avenue's specialty boutiques and restaurants, fish of the AMI pier, and Bean Point, where you can see the Bay and Gulf from the Rod and Reel Pier. Book a sports fishing charter, or sunset cruise, or enjoy nature while kayaking the mangroves. Paradise

Beautiful house and location. Our timeshare down the road expired so we decided to rent this house. It was so beautiful. The pool and yard were amazing. I think it spoiled me from renting anywhere with a shared pool or common area again. Very short walk to the beach. Only complaint I have is the house across the street had people constantly partying and yelling well past 2 am every night and they had on multiple bright flood lights facing the house. Still, I would definitely rent this again.

Anna Maria Island does have a noise ordinance and the police are very serious about enforcing it should the situation be reported to them. Great trip

This was a last minute rental for 3 families - 6 adults and 8 kids. Loved the outdoor area - tiki bar and pool were great. Super short walk to beach, easy to bike to shopping, ice cream, etc. Home well stocked - few bikes, helmets, beach toys, extra towels. Had A/C issue that was quickly resolved. Great vacation! -- Thank you so much for leaving Anna Maria Vacations a 5 star review! We are happy to hear that you and the other families had a last minute great trip at View of the Gulf! Fun for all

Had a great time! There were 14 of us and it never felt crowded. Close to the beach and pool was perfect. Only complaint is that the air conditioning didn’t work well in the first floor which had one of the family rooms. Recommend renting golf carts to get around the island. -- Sandy ~ we are so happy that you and your group enjoyed your stay at View of the Gulf. It really is a beautiful home with a great location! I am sorry to hear about the a/c issue during your stay. It was perfect for our family. Lovely home and wonderful pool! Great location right across the street from the beach! They had the garage full of beach supplies too. We had a great time with my parents and my brothers and our families. Everything was perfect. Only constructive criticism is the property needs more garbage cans. -- Jason, thank you so much for your kind words about View of the Gulf! We are so happy that it was the perfect place for your family's stay. I'm not sure if you are speaking about interior trash cans or the outside ones that are provided by the county. We will check next time we are there and if interior ones are needed, that is an easy fix. Unfortunately, the cans provided by the County are all that they provide to the homes on the island ~ additional ones are not given out or picked up on the weekly routes. We hope that we can welcome you all back to AMI soon!

Just checked out today and can’t wait to plan our next family vacation. Would definitely come back to this beautiful house. Well equipped, beautiful decor. View of the gulf from kitchen. Our family of 12 had a fabulous time, something for everyone. Pool area was awesome. Beach not crowded and so peaceful. 2 minute walk to gorgeous sunset every night. House was great. Short walk to beach. House has everything and more. Has a ton of towels , two washer n dryers! A lot of steps though ... so if your handicapped or have a hard time with steps like I do with bad knee that is hard with 4 sets steps. Kitchen is completely equipped except for scissors . Has two living rooms upstairs and one down. Has tons beach stuff , chairs and pool toys. Has bikes also. My family really enjoyed our time there! -- We are beyond happy to hear that you enjoyed View of the Gulf and everything the home has to offer our guests! We are sorry to hear about the difficulty with the stairs, please call us directly in the future so we may hand select a home that has an elevator for you! Wife and I brought our family of 13 with kids and grandkids for a great week at the breach. The house is extremely well-maintained, roomy and comfortable. The outside pool was perfect for small children and the hot tub was among the hottest I’ve enjoyed. The beach is just a short half block away and there were chairs, a wagon and umbrellas for our use which made time at the beach that much more enjoyable. The landscaping adds to the tropical paradise feel. Recommend without reservation. -- Hey Lisa, thank you for the kind review!
