Mango Breeze

We had the best week! The house was exactly as described. Very clean. Had everything we needed. I am a beach chair and umbrella snob so we took ours because we’ve been burned before but we didn’t need them! The chairs, umbrellas, and beach cabana were great and in excellent shape. There are plenty of bikes for everyone and we used them to get to the beach. It’s far enough away to make a bike perfect. There is a great wagon and cart to get all your gear to the beach very easily. We didn’t find the beach toy/float closet in the ping pong room until too late. There were all kinds of fun floats. The pool is fantastic! We love to play family games so we took ours but there was no need. There are games and playing cards galore! Adequate space so that you don’t feel on top of one another. Two sets of cornhole boards! We ate at the house for every meal except one. Didn’t want to leave. The kitchen is stocked well. Even a crockpot. The one thing I wish we would have taken is beach towels. The description says beach towels are provided. We like big, fluffy beach towels. Preference! What was provided is more pool towels like at a hotel.

What a great place to take a vacation. The accommodations were great plus the pool and tiki hut in the backyard. Everything you needed was with in walking distance or a short golf cart ride. The dining, shopping, and beautiful beach were only a block or two away. We would highly recommend Mango Breeze vacation home to everyone.

Mango Breeze on Holmes Beach in Anna Maria Island, Florida....you have our hearts! This was the 4th time we rented this most perfect beach house on this sweet island! There were 8 of us....6 adults and 2 littles and it never felt crowded. Such a laid back little place with the mode of transportation best by golf cart, bicycle and foot! Just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen and eating area are an open floor plan to the family room for TV or movies! The pool is amazing with the cabana area with plenty of seating area. The beautiful plants and palm trees were freshly maintained as well as the pool. Full size laundry area and plenty of bathrooms in the house on various levels! WE love this house and location. A quick golf cart ride to Publix for groceries, adult beverages if you need those...lol. It's just perfect. The property management company is responsive with any needs that we may have had too which is so important! We'll be back for sure! Thank you Mango Breeze!!

We stayed at Mango Breeze in August 2024 and we can't say enough good things about this wonderful home. The feeling you get is beachy for sure. The location is perfect and less than 5 minute walk the white sandy beach. The pool and tiki hut were so fun for everyone. We played corn-hole and ping pong daily. The owners have thought of everything. Beach chairs, coolers, beach buggy and umbrellas were a bonus, we thought we would have to rent them. The sunsets at the end of the street on beach are amazing !!! We will be back for sure

Can’t complain one bit about this property! Great location, plenty of space, we had 9 people staying with us. Only thing i would of liked to have was an air fryer only because I’m addicted to it ;) Pool and outdoor space is amazing, our kids probably would have been fine to never step foot on the beach. There is pool toys, beach chairs, cooler, wagon. All you need to do is show up with your clothes!

The home has everything you ever needed... The pool and outside tiki hut were fantastic. They provided all the beach chairs and beach umbrellas needed for the day at the beach. The inside was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with nothing left out you would need. The kids enjoyed ping pong and corn hole so much!!!! We will be back for sure.

First time on AMI and lots of angst over choosing a place for our extended family with two small children. We all agreed that the house was perfect for us. The location was not far from the Manatee Ave bridge but was in a quiet neighborhood setting with a quick and easy walk (no busy cross streets) to a beach that was never over crowded, even during spring break. It was also near Publix and CVS, and walking distance to several coffee/breakfast places, restaurants and bars. The house had a great layout for us with ample sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, an open kitchen-living area. The half-bath and large washer-dryer on main floor were a bonus . It provided all needed beach equipment, including a great wagon and 6+ bikes. It also had a Pack N Play, which we wish we had known about in advance. The kitchen was well equipped including plastic cups with lids which we could take to pool or beach. The pool with its large sun shelf and shade was perfect for kiddos and adults. We did venture up to Pine Ave and City Pier several times but with the crowds and traffic, we were very happy that we were not staying up there. The rental agency, Anna Maria Vacations, was very responsive to questions and addressed a couple of minor issues at check-in promptly; they also did a mid-week check in person. I would highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful vacation on Anna Marie Island and staying in your home. It was a dream home, we loved the pool and the fountains and how private it was. The Tiki Hut was such a bonus and the ping pong table too. It was well appointed with all the comforts of home. So close to the beach and you had all the goodies we needed to enjoy the beach. I cannot wait to return and bring some of our friends with us. It did not disappoint that’s for sure!!! Thanks so much!

Our stay on Anna Maria at Mango Breeze was marvelous! With Holmes Beach only 10 or so homes away, we had a broad white sand beach at our fingertips! The house at 141 50th was spacious, clean, well-kept and modern, designed for at least four couples. With four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a kitchen/dining area and three common areas there is plenty of room to spread out and relax! Also, there is plenty of closet, cabinet and drawer space, too. Outside you have a swimming pool, tiki hut with bar, chairs, tables, recliners, palm trees, sunshine(shade too), an eating area, grill, and an elevated wooden deck! In short, the only thing missing is you!! And the eateries on the island are top-notch! With all manner of libations! Whether you just want a burger or if your tastebuds are leading you toward seafood, or a good steak, they have what you want! We had a Blast with our rented six seater golf cart! Cars are not a necessity on the island. Our vacation at Anna Maria was perfect in every way!

The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and we had everything we could possible need. We absolutely loved the beautiful swimming pool and tiki hut that offered the perfect balance of sun and shade. We played cornhole, Ping-Pong, and water volleyball for hours and grilled on the outdoor grill. I loved that I could enjoy my morning coffee sitting on the back deck overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. We took advantage of the free transportation to the local restaurants and shopping. Everything was so close and convenient. Looking forward to returning this August.

We loved Mango Breeze !! The house was furnished so nice and had everything you ever wanted. The kitchen was supplied with so many extras. We even had coffee packs on arrival so we had coffee the first morning. The location is 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach and they have many beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. The liquor store and grocery store 1 minute golf cart ride. The pool area was amazing with floats and volleyball net for us to play with in the pool. You have to play a game of ping pong or corn hole also which was a bonus. We will be going back every year to this beautiful island and home.

This will be our 6th time to stay at Mango Breeze and definitely not our last. We love coming to this island but it wouldn’t home without this home! Mango Breeze always has everything we need to stay for the week. We even get our golf cart and groceries delivered to the front door. The linens are always fresh and clean. Mango Breeze is the best place I have ever stayed at. The white sand beach, warm water, monkey bus for quick transportation all over the island for shopping and spectacular food and cocktails. At the house we really enjoyed the pool and tiki hut I did win a few games of ping pong but did loss at corn hole😀 It was most relaxing and fun vacation my family has ever had. Mango Breeze was the perfect rental for my girls trip! Location Location Location!! Short walk to the beach - chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler, and even cozies ( ALL provided by the house) Short walk to restaurants, liquor store (yes), and shopping! Grab the “Monkey Bus” for trips up and down the island! Lots of restaurants right on the beach! House was clean, well stocked, beautiful pool, ping pong, corn hole, and even a bbq grill if you want to do your own meals. Bedrooms are big and beautifully furnished! We will be back!

House was amazing, had everything we needed! All of the beds were comfortable and had nice linens. We loved that there were so many beach towels. The pool was wonderful and the shade was welcomed after a day on the beach. We really appreciated the chairs and beach wagon. We had an excellent dinner at the Waterfront and also The Ugly Grouper. The best part was that everything we needed or wanted to do was accessible by golf cart. Bean Point was breathtaking! We spent a morning there and had a picnic lunch on the beach. We rented a boat and went to Passage Key and Egmont key. Both were wonderful! We had nothing negative to say about our trip. It was really wonderful. I would love to come back in the winter sometime! Your house was absolutely perfect for our 2 families. Thank you again for being such a gracious host and for being so helpful!! Thanks again!

Loved the house. Had great pool area and tiki bar. Well furnished kitchen and plenty of towels and beach/pool accessories. We had a minor problem with the dishwasher and ice maker but was resolved quickly. They have a slight drainage problem in the patio area after heavy rain which we reported and the owner has plans for repairs after hurricane season is over. Overall, a great vacation house.

I think we spent more time around the cabana and pool than the beach, just barbecuing, swimming and having ping pong tournaments. If we needed anything we got immediate attention. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return.

Booked a week early Aug. for family getaway. Location couldn't be more perfect. On beachside of main road so only about 10 houses to beach and beach not too crowded as there is no public parking there. Literally less than a mile to Publix. The house itself was absolutely perfect as it was very comfortable, beds were comfy as well and kitchen was very well supplied down to a gazillion Tervis tumblers for the beach/pool. Spent literally whole trip either at beach or pool. Have also never seen a beach rental as stocked as this with pool toys, bikes, beach wagon and chairs (Several chairs we found broken -may want to replace). With the thick palms surrounding the backyard you felt like you were in Hawaii rather than a backyard pool. Pool was spent for hours of water volleyball or lounging on the in water loungers which is precisely what we did. Only thing missing from the first floor near pool area is a bathroom as would have been nice to not have to run upstairs all the time (There is an outdoor shower though for removing sand). Check in time was 4 pm and when we got there they were not done cleaning. After they left still found dirty ashtrays and dishes in pool area, bag full of trash out there and found some empty beer cans throughout the house during the week. I did mention it to property mgmt company and they promptly offered to send someone out to reclean the next day. We declined and just took care of it ourselves. A/C also didn't seem to want to get below 78 during the days but were able to get it down to 72 or so at night (did not contact anyone on that). Those were the only two issues we had and management was great. I can say 110% that when we come back to AMI we will be staying at Mango Breeze again. My wife and I had a very nice time at Mango Breeze in Holmes Beach. The house is extremely well stocked with virtually everything you would need for a rental property including 5 bikes, beach supplies, etc. We spent a lot of time on the house decks and pool area, which felt quite secluded and like you were in a tropical paradise. The house was regularly maintained by a swimming pool cleaner and a lawn maintenance company. The property management company we dealt with was very attentive to the few items of maintenance we needed assistance with. The property is very well located within a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants/grocery stores. Overall we had a great time and hope to come back again next year.

This home literally had everything we needed for a great vacation. We were really close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The inside of the home was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of pool toys and outside entertainment as well. We would definitely stay again.

My family along with my friends family 8 in total stayed at Mango Breeze in April 2018. This place has it all! We did not want for anything. Our kids ranged in ages from 7months to 9 years old. The house has a high chair, pack and play and stroller which made it so easy for the baby. The older children were entertained all day by the pool, ping pong table and bag toss.

My family and I stayed here and had a great time. My GlamBabies didn’t want to leave! This house had everything you could possibly want (except a cooler). We had such a blast hanging out, fun in the pool and grilling. The beach is so beautiful on the gulf coast so you can’t go wrong. I will definitely be back! For once the professional pictures did not do this property justice. The house was gorgeous and extremely well maintained. The pool was larger than it appeared in pictures, and was very cool and refreshing in the August heat. The beach was also very close. The company was very helpful as well. Would love to return!

This home was far beyond our expectations. The owners really have thought of everything you might need on a beach vacation, including board games that we played as a family at the end of the day! Though we didn't use the bicycles available, we enjoyed playing ping pong, having a beach cart to take the beach chairs and towels down to the beach with, goggles for the kids to use in the pool, access to the outside shower, and a back patio that embodies everything about island life. We all cried when it was time to go. This rental helped us create fantastic memories with our kids. We recommend this rental without any hesitation at all. Your only regret will be that you didn't book it for a longer stretch of time. Beach was just a few minutes walk as was one of our favorite restaurants, a gift shop, and even a fitness center. Can't wait to visit again.

I stayed at Mango Breeze with some friends as a girls get-a-way trip. It was immaculately clean and very beautifully decorated, just what you want in a beach house! We didn't want for a single thing! We had everything we needed to cook/serve a meal, enjoy the refreshing pool ( towels, coozies for our drinks, and an outdoor tv), beach chairs, umbrella, and even a wagon to haul it all to the beach. The beach was a short walk from the house and we didn't mind it because we were busy looking at the lovely neighborhood. The location was convenient to the grocery store and many yummy beachside restaurants. It was quite and relaxing! I would also recommend this house for families with small children because I saw a highchair, stroller, and a pack -n-play. Older kids can enjoy the bikes and the pingpong table. This house has a little bit for everyone!
