We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

We had a great time on A.M.I.! We would certainly return in the future. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because the home was lacking a few necessities such as extra blankets/pillows/towels which makes a stay more comfortable. The beach wagon unfortunately doesn’t turn at all so it makes it useless, and I wished I had brought our own, but the beach chairs were great! It was less than 3 minute walk to the beach, which made it all worth it!

Excellent home! Plenty of space for our family of 5 to enjoy! The pool heater wasn’t working initially but it was fixed right away! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the large dining room table for playing games! We rented a golf kart and could quickly and easily get to the beach and restaurants on the island! Would recommend!

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for over 15 years, and consider it our Happy Place. We have rented from Anna Maria Vacations many times and have never been disappointed. Quiet Palms, aptly named, is peaceful and perfectly situated in Holmes Beach, close to everything. The beach is 5 minutes away. We have learned from experience that in the summer, you need a pool with some shade and this one is ideal, with tall palms providing shade and privacy. The home is a bit older but as a result has large proportions, spacious rooms, high ceilings and very solid construction. The appliances are new, and the carpet has been replaced with sturdy clean flooring. One issue: the kitchen needs a new, upgraded set of cutlery and tools (pots and pans, containers for food storage) to suit a decent-sized family that plans to eat in sometimes. A quick trip to Target/Costco/Wal-Mart can fix that. We look forward to our next visit and our next stay with Anna Maria Vacations!

Quiet palms was the perfect house for our Christmas vacation the temperature was perfect outside the pool was the perfect temperature very warm and pleasant to be in. The pool and backyard kind of had a jungle feel to it. The air conditioner worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed for Christmas holiday. The property even had beach chairs. This this house is on a quiet street conveniently located to the beach and shops. It was very clean and to my surprise there was no sand on the floor. The comedy cruise boat was fun.

Such a quiet area, great area to ride our bikes, or cruise in the golf cart. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but we have this great pool and space to come back to. The kitchen is great as it has all we need to cook. The staff is amazing!! Quick to respond for any concerns we had. Loved the experience and will be back.

Great rental in a very nice location on Anna Maria Island…. House was very well kept and decorated nicely…the backyard is quite the oasis with complete privacy, great pool and nice landscaping… grilled down by the pool and ate dinners on the spacious screened porch overlooking the backyard!… short walk to the beach and they provided towels and chairs and umbrella… we rented a beach cart and an extra large umbrella for the week and it came in handy carrying the chairs, cooler, etc… would not hesitate to recommend this pretty place.. Excellent rental !!

We had an amazing stay at the Quiet Palms! This house has an amazing location, a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride or drive down the street to some great local places to eat. The owners of Quiet Palms were great to work with and had wonderful recommendations of dining and activities in the area. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning at the North Shore Cafe and then hitting the beach for some sand castle building. In the afternoon we loved using the pool to cool off from the beach. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. We wish could have stayed longer!

We booked this home on a last minute deal, I believe someone cancelled and BOY! DID WE LUCK OUT!! The pool was a hit with the kiddos. All of the bedrooms are spacious which was nice because we rented a pack & play for our little girl. We spent many mornings drinking our coffee on the porch and I spent a few nights in the jacuzzi tub, that was nice and relaxing. Our two boys played in the rec room ping pong quite a bit. One of my most FAVORITE parts of this house was the outdoor seating area for dinners. They have these nice Edison lights that illuminate the patio, and it gives off such a relaxing atmosphere when you're all gathered around the table. The hubby grilled out there often :) We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Quiet Palms! This house has an amazing location, a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride or drive down the street to some great local places to eat. The owners of Quiet Palms were great to work with and had wonderful recommendations of dining and activities in the area. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning at the North Shore Cafe and then hitting the beach for some sand castle building. In the afternoon we loved using the pool to cool off from the beach. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. We wish could have stayed longer!
