Shared pool with the other complexes. Laundry room. Close walk to Bean point and other Anna Maria Island beaches. Close to the Bay. Dips was our favorite ice-cream spot. Slims had quick good food for coming in off the beach. Drive a bit and hit up the Ugly Grouper. Location close to all.

Overall very good. Location is great for the walk to Bean Point. Pool was smaller than expected, but was thankful for the use. Laundry was great to have! Beds were comfortable, and everything was straightforward to use, directions were accurate. The only pro we had was a slow tub drain, which was addressed in a reasonable timeframe. Overall very good!

Unit was very nice:) location was great for walking to bean point! Also a quick walk to the east side of the island to watch the sunrise:) Just personal preference but a full length mirror somewhere in unit would be helpful. Also, it could have been my mis-interpretation but was thinking shared pool was with one other unit, not 6 units. Did not cause a problem. Was just surprised. Also, was unclear if there was gear available to utilize like beach chairs, etc. we ended up purchasing chairs and towels to use at the beach. Did see a few older chairs in the laundry room afterward. There was an issue with the blinds not working properly. Advised and they were ordering to replace. Otherwise everything was working great. Overall, was very comfortable, and functional. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you!!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at Southern Breeze 6 by Anna Maria Vacations, Jennifer! Being able to walk to Bean Point and catch both sunset and sunrise nearby really makes for a special trip. The pool is shared among the 6-plex, as noted in the listing, but we understand how that could come as a surprise and appreciate you mentioning it. Beach towels should be provided in the unit, and we’ll take a closer look at the beach chair setup as well. We also love the suggestion of adding a full-length mirror and will be sharing that with the owner. Glad to hear the blinds issue was addressed during your stay. Thank you Anna Maria Vacations for a lovely stay in Anna Maria Island! The home was clean and had everything we needed. Each room had very large tv’s. The main room couch was very comfortable. The shared pool was lovely, lots of seating around and beautiful landscaping with palm trees all around. The beach is a 5-10min walk away. It was amazing! Anna Maria Vacations was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our vacation an amazing one! Highly recommend!

I couldn't complain about the property itself, but we did have a real challenge finding it---not just upon arrival--but it has this funny little dogleg that we would habitually miss--we did get a great tour of the neighborhood, though! It was a lovely trip--other than my ditzyness with directions...never a great sense of direction my entire life...Very nice.

Sufficient for our 2 night stay. We love Anna Maria island and love staying on the North side. This home was about a 10-15 min walk to the beach access. Be sure you have a good beach wagon if you bring a lot of stuff! The guest services was very helpful and answered questions whenever we reached out. The place was clean but i wouldnt say immaculate. There were a few things that i have relayed to guest services that could be cleaner but overall the location was great for us! 3 huge tvs. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels including pool towels were provided. The heated swimming pool was very warm which may be too warm for this time of year. The kitchen had what we needed, and we used the propane grill outside for burgers. 1 parking spot only but there is street parking in the area (read signs) if you have more than one car. Its a little far to walk to Pine Ave from this location in the heat of summer so we just drove over and found street parking.

The property was clean, pool was great (3-5ft), especially for children. There are million dollar homes all around, absolutely gorgeous, 4 minute walk to beach, BUT so hot, so I’d recommend getting a golf cart AS SOON as you arrive do you can explore, have easier parking (super limited as tons of people come from away to go the gorgeous beaches). The only downfall was checking in at 4. I have three children, flight was early and they would not let us in earlier than around 345. The heat and luggage and lack of transportation (not many Ubers due to distance from a city) made it so hard to wait for the opening time. I also found that only 2 toilet paper rolls was not enough for 6 people (which is the max there) for 5 days lolAlso, RENT umbrellas and beach gear from The Lazy Turtle, great team and way cheaper than I’d thought. I also used the Fun rentals and there was an online promo code AND they have car seats! Overall, loved it there. Would totally come back and it’s definitely priced so affordable for the location.Thank you!

This was the perfect stay for our group. Space was clean, kitchen was well-stocked with necessities (except a real knife). 5 min walk to the best beach on AMI, Bean Point. You could also take a short walk to the bay side to see the sunrise. The pool was clean and not busy. The communal washer/dryer seemed nice but our group didn’t use them. Parking was easy with a driveway directly next to the unit. Management was communicative and helpful prior to and during our arrival. Overall would highly recommend!

The condo was very roomy and just a quick walk to the beach, the pier and to shopping. I liked that Anna Maria has its own cops but still with it being a mostly prominent golf cart community I wish they would still slow down. We had a wonderful experience on the Island and we found everyone very kind and helpful on the Island.

We had a great stay! This place was clean and more spacious than anticipated. We’re a family of six and we fit just fine. My two youngest boys shared the sofa bed. If your kids are much older, it might be a bit tight. The walk to the beach was an easy 10 minutes. We rented a golf cart for half the trip which was fun and convenient, but we did walk the first few days and the walk is peaceful and easy, even for kids. We were hesitant about sharing a pool, but it was great. We were usually alone there and my kids really enjoyed it. Grill worked great.
Overall, we had a really great stay. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s cute and fits all your needs. We would stay again.

This house was perfect for my family's long weekend on AMI. Walking distance to Bean Point, Rod & Reel Pier, and many other little shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for those looking for an affordable option on AMI.

Great location - unit was clean (overall), cozy, and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for and what was expected. We utilized the kitchen a lot, and it had just about everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beaches and shops. We even used the washer and dryer for a load of laundry. Just about everything one would need for a short little get-away - we enjoyed our trip and our stay at this property.
